This was my first time ordering from this Antioch location and it was the worst experience, I ordered at 6:30pm and the pizza... was supposed to be ready in 20-30 min, i got there at 7:15 and they said ?oh it?s not ready right now the wait time is 2 hours?but NOBODY informed me this until I got there. I have always ordered from Round lake location and this has NEVER happened. Theyneed a whole new team of staff. What an inconvenience and then to top it off they have and attitude. Read more
Order is always wrong. They never read the instructions especially when you say no garlic crust. I was told to put ?no garlic... crust? into special delivery notes? I did and they still put garlic on the crust. It?s frustrating. This has been happening longbefore Covid. I would rate zero if I could. Read more
Every time I have ordered food from here it has been hot and delicious! The staff works hard and I appreciate not having to cook... or go out somewhere to eat. Thanks Dominos, I know how hard it is to work in the food and customer service industry these daysand you?re doing awesome! Read more
Sometimes the orders are on point. Most times the food takes over an hour to be delivered and I live 5 minutes down the street.... I deliver because I?m working otherwise I?d pick up. I call, you can?t get ahold of someone. They forward you to the 800 number.They?ve delivered orders to the wrong house. The female manager will blame the customer and then hang up on you. To be honest wemiss our Fox Lake Dominos. They were amazing! I get it, everyone is short staffed but being rude and not addressing the issuesas a manager should?find a new manager. Website says 30 minutes or less, placed order at 10:51, website shows order still in ?prep phase? at 11:25, called the store and... sat on hold for 20 minutes, they answer and start they are busy, however should be on the way soon? 12:00 rolls around, still in?prep phase?, I begin calling the store, sit on hold for 20 minutes trying to cancel my order and request a refund, head out tomy car to drive to the store to cancel my order, which is when I ran into the driver, told him I didn?t want the order and Iwant to cancel it. I then sit on hold while I drive to the store to make sure I get a refund? I get to the store, my phone stillringing, absolutely no customers in the store, I ask to speak to the manager and she tells me She is ?busy?? meanwhile I canhear my phone ringing in the background, I ask if she is going to get that, she says she is ?busy?. What a complete joke andterrible customer service. I finally got my refund, but I will never ever do business with Dominos ever again. Bad website, badcustomer service, bad food. Read more
Long story short: they take your order and then after you wait an hour for delivery, tell you they don't know what you're... talking about, because - you know - they opened just minutes before you walked in the door to ask what happened to your order. Forget that you spoke to a live person, forget they gave you an order number, and forget that the website shows they opened 1/2an hour before you placed the order. And before you ask the obvious question, yes it was the correct store - at least accordingto the recording every time I called looking for my order (and was placed on indefinte hold for a "manager" because I wasn'tplacing an new order). Food was not only not ready when it was supposed to be, it was not even started!! $10 pasta had only 27 pieces, I could see the... bottom of the container! What the heck? For $10, the pasta should fill the tiny take out container. Read more
worst service, after one hour and a half of waiting to pick up my pizza. it wasn't ready I was told it will take 45 minutes more... and it hadn't even started Making my food. this was placed at 6:30pm through the app and at 8pm it wasn't ready and not evenstarted.
