We came here for lunch today. We got sat with Rosie. We got our coffee and ordered our food. My family ordered a large order for... carry out and my husband and I decided to eat while it was getting prepared. The food never came out. 45 minutes passed and thecarry out order was ready. So we went to the front and asked the manager to see if we can get the food that we ordered to eathere packed up to go. The manager went to go find our waitress to tell her and see what was going on. He asked if we wanted topay for our food and we went ahead and did so. 5 minutes later the waitress comes out and says your food will be ready in a fewminutes. I asked why it?s going to take even longer if we?ve been waiting 45 minutes already and the waitress said ?oh well? andturned her back. We decided to just leave without the food we had already paid for. We order large orders from them often. Wewon?t be doing that anymore. Terrible experience. Read more

This place did in fact surprise me. When I see a big menu, it tends to subpar. The food was incredible. We had the steak... poutine(they are not stingy with their steak) the gravy was flavored nicely not being salty. My fiancé has the gyro plate therice was fluffy and myperfect and the lamb he said was very well cooked that he didn?t even notice he didn?t have sauce onthere. I had their steak sandwich with a side salad. Again steak was not lacking(it was medium) I added peppers but so flavorfuland that ???? crispy outside and fluffy inside. This is a fantastic restaurant. I was hesitant when they changed from Johnny?s Chophouse to Johnny?s Snack Shop because I... thought it was going to be a ?downgrade? from what they were. Boy was I wrong! My husband got the Italian Bomb pizza and theonly reason he rated it second to Lou Malnati?s is because he likes deep dish. It was crispy and very fresh ingredients. Everything from the VERY friendly service to the delicious food was wonderful. I'm not sure what these low ratings are below,... wish I could comment on them. We've been for breakfast on Sunday and dinner on a Thursday. Here, you get more than what you payfor, and if you're looking for something cheap, might I suggest the McDonalds down the road? Johnny?s catering is awesome. We had over 70 guests for a party and everyone loved the food. We ordered cheeseburger, hamburger,... hot dog and chicken go packs off the catering menu. Each sandwich was individually wrapped/labeled so it was super easy to setup and people just grabbed what they wanted. For sides/extras we got chicken tenders (kids devoured two full pans) Caesar salad,fries, Mac and cheese, chips and cookies. They arrived promptly on time and set everything up perfectly. The driver was verycourteous and genuinely happy to help. Last but not least, the catering department was very thorough in going over everything tomake sure we had enough food for a large group. We made changes several times and they were extremely accommodating and kind.All of our guests became raving fans after our party. Read more

YUM! Hadn't been here since it changed from Johnny's Chop House a number of years ago. Sorry we waited so long to try it. The... Smash Burger was excellent, well seasoned and cooked to perfection! We also had a chopped salad with chicken and it could havefed more than 2 people. Great value for the money! this place is great! went in for a quiet breakfast, and it was delicious! never been to Johnny?s so it was a very nice treat. we... ordered some skillets, french toast, and a bunch of sides to tie us over. the bloody mary was delish too! definitely was the?hair of the dog that bit ya? cure that morning. they even have bottomless mimosas and bloodies on certain weekenddays. skillets were amazing! looked smaller than they actually are but are PACKED into a little skillet with lots of veggies,hash browns and eggs. our friend got the french toast, which was on thick texas toast. i got the corn beef hash on the side, andits some of the best hash ive had! i highly recommend getting texas toast as your side as the jelly was bomb. our server wassuper sweet. she was new according to one of the other servers who came to ask us a question on our order. but, we never wouldhave guessed as she was awesome! ???? This was my face when I saw my wife's beer battered Cod, Greek potatoes, and stir fried vegetables! She also had gotten a... wedge salad which was not a wedge, lol, it was half of ahead of lettuce!! We took that salad home! My double smash Burger andfries were delicious, juicy juicy burgers are not common, but here, it's a different story. I will be back to try the surf andturf, it was not crowded. Everyone was extremely friendly and polite, this place is really really roomy along with a gaming roomand full bar! Honorable mention, the bathrooms were spotless!
