I waited for 45 minutes in the drive through, if I stayed to wait for the food I probably would have been there another 45... minutes. I don?t ever leave bad reviews because I understand places can be understaffed. But I?ve also worked fast food and inthe 45 minutes I waited I could have easily made a single order WITH NO EXPERIENCE. It?s ridiculous. When I?ve ordered doordashfrom them the order was always wrong too. Unreasonably slow, especially for only 2 chicken sandwiches (30+ minutes). I'm assuming they're understaffed; I get that no... call/no shows happen and what not, but the wait time exceeds what can be deemed acceptable FAR too often- too often to not blamethe supervisors for poor labor management. Wait times are absolutely ridiculous. Takes 15 minutes just for my order to be taken at the intercom and then takes them another... 10 mins to realize they don't have any pot pies made so I have to wait even more. Got her at 8:15 still waiting at 8:45. Theyaren't even busy. Read more
Staff was good. The new chicken sandwich was pretty good. Very similar to Popeye's a little more crunchy. A little less tasty... and a little more dry. Their famous bowl here was a loss. Mostly potato and not much for flavor. Read more
I went in yesterday to pick up some sides. The workers were very nice. They were working very fast to get the orders out. The... inside was a little dark as far as lighting went.
