Abigail, Emily, Julian, Raymond and countless others who work at this Starbucks inside the Jewel Antioch grocery store are the... sweetest! Amazing customer service, great conversationalist, beautiful smiles on their faces when you walk in. They could have amillion people waiting for their orders to be done the staff still manages to keep it together and have a great attitude. I goto this jewel pretty often and have gotten to know the starbucks staff very well over the year I've been living here. Alwaysenjoy and am excited to see the staff when I walk in for a quick grocery trip or a coffee trip. Read more
Staff needs to be more engaged. Had a staring contest with all 3 employees and neither one greeted me ready to take my order.... This place is a joke, not worth the time. Also out of everything on the menu. Get new employees and product asap. Read more

All of the baristas are friendly and make an effort to remember your order if you're a regular. They interact with you almost as... if you're family and establish a rapport with everyone, time willing. They have always been quick and make my coffee exactly howI wish. Read more
Very Clean and organized. The service was friendly, and efficient. I sat at a table inside. This location has a small dinning... area, with staff focused on the drive up. However, the service balance between the drive up, and dinning is strong. It was agood place to do some digital chores wile eating and putting caffeine back into my bloodstream. Read more
It would be nice if they actually listened to my order without rushing through it. I come in early every morning before the 7 am... rush and 3 out of 5 times I've been there in the past week they've gotten my order wrong. So that's nice to spend $5 on a drinkevery morning for it to be wrong. ???? Then getting to work to find out it's wrong. Read more
