Worst experience ever at this location! The lid was not put on properly on my coffee cup and it spilled all over my car before I... even took off out of drive-thru. I asked the person at the window for a damp cloth and she gave me a cloth but acted like shecouldn't moisten it for me and acted as if it's my fault the coffee spilled! Not apology or anything! On top of that the lid wasnot on the cup properly because she used 2 cups not sure why?! I won't be going back to this location ever. Starbucks you shouldoffer a free coffee at least as I'm still cleaning coffee out my car!! Read more

It's happened several times now where they give me the wrong size coffee when I always order venti. The drive through order... screen even says venti, but I keep getting handed grandes. Today when I said they made the wrong size, the cashier was veryrude, said that's what I paid for, and did not give me any form of receipt confirming that. Read more

By far the worst Starbucks I?ve ever been to as far as customer service and their chai taste like hot water. I guess the barista... thinks that she can speak to customers any type of way telling them when they can make their mobile order excuse me Missy peoplemake mobile orders when they feel as if they?re in an area of a Starbucks especially when you?re unfamiliar with the area sosorry I didn?t give you the full 10 minutes that you needed to prepare my food as I was not in a hurry. You were just flat outrude you need to go to McDonald?s in work . And this is towards the Karen that worked on Monday morning August 1 around 8:20 AM.If I would have given this place 10 minutes to prepare my food my coffee would?ve been pretty much lukewarm. You don?t tell thecustomer when it?s best to make their order it?s fast food for a reason especially if the customer says they?re not in a hurry. Read more

Drinks are made well. It said it was busy, but there really wasn't anyone in line. The drive thru cashier was kind, even talked... to my 7yo who loves to talk to the cashiers when we go through drive thru. Definitely a plus and may make this the Starbucks Igo to when I visit my family up here more. Read more

Idk who the manager is on shift right now, take the time stamp down. A person with very short hair was very unprofessional and... rude. Snippy and condescending towards employees and customers. Not sure if they were the one in charge or pretending to be, butthe service was horrible. I get that the drive through is busy but take care of your customers that come in. I was first in lineand it still took 10 min to get one drink. I had to ask how long my drink would take because I was going to be late for work.Will not be returning to this location. I?ll stick with Dunkin? Donuts at least they are friendly. Read more
