Bathroom was so dirty it was unusable. After waiting a while at the counter to even be acknowledged, the cashier went to the... back, came back, and finally put in our order for 2 Halloween cupcakes. After 20 minutes, went to ask if they were still comingand It was only then that we were informed that it takes 15 -20 minutes for them to come out. Finally got them at about the 30minute mark. Several games were broken/inoperable. Went to ask for a to-go box. Again, was ignored. After waiting to beacknowledged, the cashier again went to the back and came back with a manager. The cashier asked him to do something on hisregister and the manager said the cashier needed to take my order first, which is when I was finally able to tell them that allI needed was a to-go box. Same cashier with all the other issues, had trouble keeping track of who was next in line whencalculating tickets/prizes, allowed multiple people to skip line causing others to wait an unreasonably long time, then triedto correct them when they attempt to tell him that others had skipped the line. I am not sure of the cashiers name, but it wasthe young man who was at the counter from around 6:30pm to 9:30pm. He definitely does not have an aptitude for being acashier/customer service and would be better suited to a much different position. Read more

Because the reason is I booked my son birthday party with them and I booked it at night when the store was already closed and... the next morning my son party was cxl. His birthday is today and he really decided to want to come there instead of urban air.So now he is going to be sad. I called the store and they didn?t even care and transferred me to a vm to speak to a manger. Ibeen coming every year for there parties and now this year idk if they got lazy Or what.
