I placed an order through the app, I did not know my phone had to be at the restaurant for pickup(I sent the family). The crew... could not retrieve the order because they didnt have my phone. I was alright with that, because what could I do? I called thehickory hollow location to see if they could cancel the order I made through the app. Someone answered the phone, then placed meon hold to a full or non working voice mail. I called back 6 times for them to answer and hang up, and then finally to theuseless voice mail again. I have heard and seen that it's hard to get good help these days but this was the worst.
