I typically don't leave reviews, but I will today.... choose another place to order from! This is the second time ordering from... this location. The first time pizza hardly had any cheese and toppings were scarce, so I told my husband to order with Extracheese...the pizza seemed to have even less cheese than before and toppings were basically nonexistent! Ordered pizza i told guy 3 times my address and to call if he had questions. He said it'd be delivered in 40 mins. An hour later... i called and the guy on the phone said the delivery guy went back to the store because he couldn't find my address. I calledback and the guy said bet I'll refund you and you can come pick up the cold pizza. I asked for a refund and asked what about thepizza i ordered. The store is 1 mile away can yall not get google maps or something? They claim they will refund and give me afree pizza... to be determined. Read more
We've been here twice and twice they definitely DID NOT deliver. We decided after the first time that we were not going to go... back here. We thought we picked the one in Murfreesboro Pike but it picked this location. Their crust is half the size of otherPapa Johns. It's slightly burned on the outside of the crust but slightly uncooked inside. They skip out on the sauce and someparts of the pizza doesn't have it. I ordered mushrooms on both sides but they only put half mushrooms. This particularestablishment is intent of skimping out on the ingredients. I will add however that the workers always seem nice. That was a horrible experience. The cooks and cashier were very nice; however, the waiting time to get a pizza is at minimum... one hour and 20 minutes, crowd of people were waiting for their pizza. Nothing was done in an orderly matter. Again workerswere all friendly and trying their best, time management and supervision in general orders recieved was awful Read more
