It was a subway. Food is fairly standard at each location so there's not too much to say about that, service left a lot to be... desired compared to other subways I frequent. Also seemed a little dark and small, better lighting may make it feel more openand inviting. Read more
They always close early. Change your hours if you're going to close early. I went at 6:30pm and the hours clearly say that close... at 7pm. The girl working just looked at me from the window and shrugged her shoulders while I was pulling on the door confused.There was a customer in there and they were making sandwiches but the open sign was off. Just change your hours instead ofclosing early ALL THE TIME. Literally, it happens all the time and it's so frustrating. Don't go there. Read more
This Subway I swear has the best employees! Everytime my wife and I open the doors we are greeted with honest happy smiling... faces, not like some places where you can tell that the smiles are forced. They actually take the time to ask you about your dayas they are toasting your bread! We try to eat here at least twice a week and we actually look forward to doing so... thank youall Bell Rd Subway yall are the greatest hands down ! Read more
Food wasn't very fresh, no ice and fountain drinks were warm. Employees didn't inform us before we purchased drinks. Tables were... dirty and it wasn't busy, several employees there. Read more
This is one lying a** subway! I legit can?t believe I even have to make a post about a Subway. Every time I go to this location... they are closed early. It clearly says they close at 9pm and I?ll go around 7:45/8 & they are already closed. I even took apicture today & the girl says we closed because we are out of bread or it?s old & hard. Like what! I honestly just wanted awrap. Just stop giving them business. They want to be closed so bad they should just close down. Read more
This Subway was the absolute best Subway I have ever entered. The (2) employees working during my visit was in my opinion what... quality customer service is and should be. I wasn't real familiar with my Subway app and the employees was so eager and happy tohelp me have a better understanding of how to use the app in the future. They was both so polite and respectful extremely wellmannered as well as sincere. That was the first time in an extremely long time that I felt like a person not just anothercustomer in line. I am looking forward to my wife craving Subway again soon because I care not where I'm at I am coming rightback to this Subway location!!! Read more
Pretty good subway. Service was not quite as fast as I would like, but staff was friendly. The parking lot is in a hard place,... and it?s a little dark at night. Some shady characters were hanging around. But managed to get in and out in a timely manner. 4 stars because it did take longer than it should have. Their was only one person in front of me, and I waited a good 5 minbefore they got to taking care of me. Read more
The prices are more expensive than other subways. The cookies were old and hard. And they refused to honor any combo deals.... And they gave me 1 single rip off a rol napkin. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Read more
