The manager at the Hickory Hallow location is quite dismissive and rude. They are serving cold and old food today and she... refuses to take accountability. She demands I bring the food to her tomorrow as I can not get back to the location today. Sosilly! Why not just make it right by offering a coupon? This is the second day I tried to come back as yesterday's service andfood was very good. Today was very bad. You would think during a time of inflation where we can choose to go elsewhere, managerswould be better to customers who are also respectful to them. This manager was quite dismissive and rude. It was so nice! The staff was very sweet The dining areas were nice and clean,and our food was yummy! My husband was excited... because he is not a huge traditional bkfst person and he was able to get a regular burrito for breakfast. Read more

Been here multiple times. Never been rushed so much to make my order when at a drive thru. If you want to order here, it would... be best to either memorize a go-to order or look up the menu online before you arrive. Read more

Absolutely ridiculous food quality. Ordered a large order through a delivery service. The ENTIRE order was incorrect. Horribly... assembled. Cold. One of the "tacos" was literally diced tomato. That's it. Obviously the employees have no regard for thecustomer receiving this food. The employees and management at this location are an absolute joke. DO NOT EAT HERE !!! Would give 0 stars if possible. Our family went to go and receive a mobile order we placed about 7 minutes prior. We paid for it... and everything, and the second we pulled up they said no mobile orders were coming through. We drove around to the front lobbyto hopefully resolve our issue and get our food when the lobby was closed. We also ran into some other people just hoping to gettheir food but were rudely shooed away. This was around 9:20 and the lobby should've been fully functioning with another hour atleast before closing. We went to drive through again and the people were very impatient and a bit clueless. I understand thatthey typically get paid for being there rather then the number of people served, but that still isn't a fair excuse. We tried toplace our previous order again manually when they declared they were out of beans and rice. I would not recommend, this was justa giant headache. Skip yourself the trouble and shady area and just go to the one off of Bell road. Read more

Not going back Cashiers had trouble getting our order right which was only 5 items. Finally that part right. Than the line... that makes the food. Turned to simple tacos into a supreme one regular wanted two regular. One chicjen taco Supreme that wasregular taco. Simple bean burrito they added lettuce and tomatoes. Yuck!! Beef burrito Supreme they put all beans. Noapologies! There was just no care Sure it is only Taco Bell but still work hard for the money spent. Just going to keep mybuisness to places that care abut their product and customers. Read more

I give good customer service in my profession and expect it when I shop especially when I am eating. In the DRIVE THRU I was... clear with my order for NO SAUCE or SUPREME. When I got to the window I asked the questions for clarification. The staffconfirmed. I travel to my office to a meeting and began taking my food out and ALL of it was WRONG. I called back to speakwith a manager and was shocked at the unprofessional and unfriendly response I got from the manager on shift. She would notgive me her name and was completely rude. When I said I would call corporate she replied "Call them then" and she hung up. WELLI DID! Read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. My husband and I both placed mobile orders. I went to the drive through and sat for about 5... minutes with no answer. Then I tried to go inside and the door was locked. I found an employee outside who was waiting on hermanager, who was kust sitting in their car. After 10 more minutes 3 employees walk in and I am motioned to go to the drivethrough. I wait another 5 minutes only to have them tell me they are not taking orders at this time and are closed.
