Just had my boyfriend pick up from here and they were very rude to him. We ordered pickup and when he got there to pay and pick... up… the lady up front told him rudely it wasn’t ready. So he asked to pay then before he got our food and she rudely toldhim no. Once our food was done she set it down and didn’t say anything to him just kept talking to workers. So he had to go upthere to ask if that was our order and if he could pay now. She had horrible attitude and customer service. The food isn't evengood and wasn’t even warm so idk how the food isn’t hot when he had to wait on it. Will never come here again. Read more

Lotus Garden has been a go to favorite for years. I don't know if there has been a change in ownership, new cook or what, but... we ordered 4 meals today and the food was terrible. Nothing taste the same aside from the egg drop soup. Our chicken taste likefish. Almond cashew chicken just wasn't very good. Fried rice was totally different and the spring rolls were soggy. Very disappointed in this food that came straight from a freezer. Nothing made fresh. The dumplings were from a freezer box and... they only have chicken dumplings. The moo shu was served with flour tortillas...terrible. especially when moo shu pancakes areso fast and easy to make. The fried rice was nothing more than over soaked soy sauce rice.
