Worst McDonalds Service I have ever had since the mid 1970s. I ordered a quarter pounder meal, a double quarter pounder meal,... and a 20 piece chicken McNugget. I paid at the drive through at 2:09pm. I was asked to pull around as my order was not ready. 20 minutes later, the kid at the drive through brought out my food. He said that they ran out of quarter pounder patties andhad to get more out of the freezer. The burgers were barely warm, and my wife's burger wasn't even cooked properly (see photo). The french fries were luke warm and hard, like they had sat for an hour. The chicken nuggest were warm and squishy. I can'tbelieve I paid $32.15 for this horrible food. Don't eat at this McDonalds. Went around 1 am. Workers weren't rude yet they looked way too exhausted like some whole shift called in. Food was terrible.... I've never had a mcdouble before where thr bread was hard and the meat was dry even after waiting in line for 10 ish minutes.Seems like management needs to upkeep their staffing or just shut down at night so their workers don't look like zombies Read more
Ordered a simple single burger and had to park elsewhere for more then 10 minutes.. while I saw many others that got their order... that was taken after mine leaving with the food I was patiently waiting to get a dry bread that breaks as u holding it they evenhad all the time to mess my order. We went through the drive up and were told to pull around to wait for the food. We waited 30 minutes and had 3 different... workers come out with the wrong food. Finally a worker who appeared to possibly be a manager or shift supervisor asked us forour receipt and went in for a few minutes then came back with our food apologizing saying that our original order was given tosomeone else and that this had happened twice before ours. i drive for uber and i arrived late night when they were accepting cash only. however the man behind the intercom fulfilled the... order for the customer at the window. tonight alone i?ve had 3 cancellations because the restaurant closed at early or issueswith the staff. he was so polite and most importantly SUPER helpful. both the customer and i appreciate it a ton! This location is always super slow!! I felt like I was bothering the staff. Then our food was aweful to say the least. I had... chicken tenders and they were not hot and they were hard to chew. Then they forgot my dipping sauce. My friend had a quarterpounder meal combo and he took only 2 bites and threw it out. There was barely any condiments on it and it was dry and hard tochew. The location is hard to get in and out of but worth the visit. The staff are always friendly and clean inside. Also they have a... dedicated cleaning lady who does an amazing job keeping up the appearance. Read more
