Had a great Chai latte and unlike another local Dunkin, this one had donuts! Friendly and efficient staff!

The Apalachin DD is always busy but always feels personal. Somehow their caramel iced lattes taste better !

Unfortunately, I?m forced to leave at least one star in order to post this review. Ignore it. I paid $12 for a dozen donuts and... got nothing. I ordered a dozen of these overpriced donuts on the mobile app. When I went to pick them up, ID and email receiptin hand, I was told someone else had come in, claimed it was their order, picked out the donuts they wanted, and left. Therewere no other mobile orders but mine so this wasn?t an innocent mistake. I was offered other donuts, but they were out of almosteverything. When I asked for my money back, the money that they charged to my bank account for a complete stranger, I was toldthey are unable to do that, but if I used the contact information on the mobile app, my money would be refunded. I went home andtried to submit my receipts to dunkin, along with what had happened. I received an email two days later apologizing for theinconvenience, and was told I would receive 100 points in my app as compensation for the $12 that was stolen from me. 100 pointsdoes not equal $12, nor does it buy even one donut. On top of that, I never even received those 100 points, but it didn?t matteras I won?t ever need them. I was hesitant to even buy these donuts to begin with as most of the time they are stale, and out ofstock on any decent donuts, but this time I?ve really learned my lesson. No more Dunkin for me. Placed a mobile order...line in drive thru took almost 15 minutes. Got our food, pulled away from the window only to realize we... didn't get part of our order (three orders of hash browns). Went back inside and waited over ten minutes to get it fixed, washanded a bag with an apology. The bag only had one order in it...had to ask again for the other two orders we paid for. Then totop it off down the road after a sip of my latte it was absolutely disgusting. Not sure what happened but it was the sourest,most disgusting latte I've ever had. Waste of time and waste of money, not sure we'll return to this location. Read more

Coffee is (usually) good, but drive-through is intolerably s...l...o...w. It is not unusual to wait 20 minutes in line, even... after ordering through the app. Who has time to wait that long for coffee?! Dunkin' needs to get back to quick, efficientservice. Read more
