One of the cleanest Bojangles I have ever been. The biscuit was fresh and buttery and the bo-rounds were crispy and hot.
Love their Sausage, egg & Cheese Biscuit. Brief parade around the building while waiting, efficient order-taker (was he... sleep/standing/mumbling?....my stomach was growling louder),but the drive-thru window lady was friendly and multi-taskinghopping, fun to listen to and watch. This is a fair, maybe slightly less than average Bojangles. The food is moderately fresh. The fries tend to be a little cold and... stale, but the supremes are usually pretty good. Their biscuits could be a little more risen and cooked a little less. It tendsto get pretty crowded at peak times so we go to the High House store more often and it?s definitely a little better. I have only written 2 reviews over the past 5 years!! However, I stopped by the Bojangles drive thru last night approximately... 7:45 pm 1 car in front of me. Slow service asked to pull forward to wait for my order after 15 minutes. There was anotherBojangles staff that I could see from the drive thru windows that was shaking his head when he seen me still there 20 minuteswait (biscuit, fries and a tea). Today, I went through the drive thru at 3:40 pm 5 cars ahead of me in line. I finally turned myengine off at 4:00 pm in line/no movement of the 5 cars ahead!!! And I looked behind me for a car count and there was 8 cars!!!All waiting No One honked their car horns but 3 customers pulled out of the line and left. Finally movement 5 cars ahead? Ipulled up to the windows at 4:08 pm and the guy says pull forward to wait on your Bo Cheddar biscuit that I ordered. I saidwhat? He looked at me like I was a bad customer waiting in line since 3:40 pm It?s 4:08 pm and all I said was your kidding right??????????????? He rolled his eyes at me a High School Student yes lady pull forward they will bring your biscuit to you. Never? I am sorry for the long wait, your patience or anything! After coming home I decided to write a review. It?s saying a lotabout Bojangles customer service and services, why? I never go to McDonald?s except for the occasional iced coffee. Today, Iwent to McDonald?s a nightmare. I got through the drive thru in 5 minutes total order, pay and pick up. P.S. In the past when Iwent one time an older black woman was fabulous, lovely personality with Awesome customer service skills!
