Staff was super kind and quick but the food is was very sub par.
I ate here before, and the service was good. When I was standing in line to place my order, the family that was standing in... front of me was trying to figure out what to order, which I wasn't aware of. So, the guy that was taking the order asked me wasI ready to order, and he thought that was so funny that I just didn't go in front of them and order. I am just a considerateperson when someone is in front of me. Maybe the guy wasn't aware of it, but it came across to me as rude. It will be a longtime before I go or ever. Read more

As soon as we walked in, all 8 of us as a family we?re here to celebrate one of my sisters 13th birthday because she really... wanted to eat here, we were greeted with sighs and eye rolls, I don?t know where the attitude came from but it definitely ruinedour experience. I believe it was the blue eyed manager who took our orders and seemed to be hating his life and projecting ittowards us. We were trying to understand why but after taking our orders, he was all giddy and singing while working, is it ushe hates? We don?t know. I hope he doesn?t treat anybody else like how he did. Updated review: September 2020 the restaurant seems to have come a long way from when I wrote my initial review. the cup... situation is still something that bothers me and still happens. I mean I have gone to this location now for in excess of 8monthsand just this week after 8 months I find out they have large plastic cups they could have offered for 8 months of gettinga large combo and getting that paper wax cup. The covid shield at the register makes it a little more difficult to order butthat is everywhere. My food this trip which was a meatball sub was okay. Ans my bowl of potato soup was good to say the least. I would have taken this up to four or five for the shear improvement over how it wasbut that comes situation bothers me thatbad it will move up to three stars from one. the cup has nothing to do with it but the principle of not giving the customerwhat they are paying you money for is everything. It's called stealing, it's called robbing and it's called wrong. The foodis ok but I get really tired of ordering a large combo and the staff always handing me a medium cup. One employee told me themanagement encourages that which I find wrong and dishonest. If you pay for an item you should get the said item. Decided to stop here today ,I question our decision. I paid for my drink and the young cashier placed his finger in my cup.He... looked at me a little strange upon my refusal of the cup,I asked for another. I told him he has been handling money,thereforehis hands were NOT clean! Also, while eating my husband found hair in his sub. He low key informed an employee and she made himanother sub. I would have given a 4, had he not found hair,and my cup given to me correctly. I noticed that they do not wearhair nets. Read more
Reggie was absolutely amazing! I hope I'm spelling his name correctly. I rarely give five stars to any restaurant. Reggie took... our order and with his first amazing smile he want us over. The food was absolutely amazing! I've been to every Firehouse inthe area and this was the best by far. The bacon was perfect. The bread was perfect and the turkey tasted as fresh aspossible. My wife said the gluten-free bread is awesome here too! But Reggie is what did it for us. Whatever Reggie does inlife I am sure he's going to succeed. Read more
