I?d give it 0 stars if I could. This was a prime location and square lot that could have held any other fast food location but... this Hardee?s is an owners worst nightmare. Children cooking food not a single chef in there. Cold burgers? burnt burgers?.Lazy?. Cold fries?. Just an absolute destruction of the brand that I loved. There is nothing better than a fresh burger withmelted cheese from Hardee?s with fresh fries or a patty melt. If someone ever sets this location on fire, I?ll bring themarshmallows. $1.2 million build for absolute trash. Read more
If I could give 0 stars I would. Came by for breakfast today . I was being rushed to place my order , the gentleman had a... negative tone taking my order. When I get to the window he was on his phone not even acknowledging me which is whatever but hetakes my card then gives it back still no words exchanged. He proceeded to close the window after handing me my food. I droveoff got down the road and thought he he didn?t give me my drink. I go back he outside with a coworker smoking a cigarette. Ipull up to the window know he didn?t wash his hands I informed him he didn?t give me my drink he replied you drove off withoutit with a nasty attitude. He then gives me my drink and stares at me as I drove off. My worst experience ever at a fast foodplace. I wish Grill and Go was still at that location. Read more
The food was fresh, but took forever. there is never a full crew there. it's a shame too because it's a brand new location. The... 2 people that are there seem nice and do their job, but you've lost taste for the food bt the time you get it. Read more

I didn't get breakfast this morning because my waffles burned. I decided to stop at this Hardee's to get a nice warm breakfast... to power me through the day. Nobody came to the window to take my order... Last time I'll ever stop at a Hardee's. Update: Idrive by here often and wonder how long until they go out of business. I haven't heard any response from the owner about whatthey're doing to improve this location. I'm seeing really low reviews posted frequently, and it's troubling to me. If this wasmy business, I would take note of the comments and take action to improve. Step 1: Serve the hungry people patiently waitingand knocking on the window. Step 2: respond to the the numerous people who say they were served poisonous food. Step 3: stay inbusiness, unlike the last burger shop that was in this same spot. Read more

Ok for a quick snack when blood sugar is dropping. Always check toppings for spoilage and bread for mold before you eat.... Tomatoes are hard and not ripe today, but maybe that was all they had. Slimy and starting to rotting lettuce on this trip. Read more
11/11/22 update. Went by today and got an angus burger. $5.99 plus tax or $9.99 combo. Wow! For a lukewarm burger. Lesson... learned I just can?t eat here. Plus the NC Sanitary Rating of 88 says enough. Maybe it?s a bad day but 12:30pm lunch. Assumedall would be good & hot! Ate in parking area. Cold old fries. Cold / barely warm chicken strips.
