Normally I don't dine I'm and order take out from here. We went a night to do dinner before a movie. The parking lot was pretty... much empty and only a few people were inside. We thought it would be a pretty easy in and out. Unfortunately that wasn't thecase. Despite there being a low amount of people there the food took a long time to come out. My friend also ad to ordersomething since they didn't have it, which normally wouldn't be a problem if they didn't take 10 minutes to tell her they wereout. In regards to food, I tried to mixit up and get French toast instead of pancakes like I normally did. I'll stick with thepancakes from now on. Couldnt taste cinnamon, no butter. My hubby, daughter, son in law & 8 yr old grandson went to dinner tonight. We had a variety of food. Pancakes, bacon, sausage,... eggs scrambled that were nice & fluffy, Steak tips, chicken. It was all pretty good. Waitress was very nice & good service. Sheeven fixed me fresh decaf coffee. Read more
I ordered the T-bone Steak w/ Eggs & Hash. The waitress asked me, how would I like my steak? And I asked her to surprise me. The... waitress was 5?'s great. She had my steak cooked exactly but better than I normally would have my steak. She made my daughter enjoy her experience at IHop. Lately, it's been hard to give good reviews but this review was week deserved. Read more
We got to the place at 8pm. An hour before closing. We waited a while before someone greeted us. We were told they were not... seating customers only taking to go orders. There was one table in the entire restaurant and they may have been employees. Sowe settled on ordering Togo and then they were out of several items. Extremely disappointing. Post signs up date your hours ofoperations. Something to let people know. If you can cook and there are 2 floor employees, you can seat customers. Read more
Ive been here before this trip and I don't think it has ever been this bad. My sons pancakes were stale and the flavor was... awful. They tasted bitter. My burrito bowl had been microwaved and was missing half of the items that were supposed to be on itaccording to their menu. The rice and chicken were dry and chewy because of them putting it in the microwave and the avocado wascompletely rotted. The only thing I enjoyed was the coffee and my company. First time in an IHOP, in I don't know how long. I was surprised that the coffee was alright - nothing to write home about, but... not terrible. The eggs were cooked perfectly, pancakes and bacon delicious, and the waiter pleasant. Took a little longer to getthe food than we would have liked but, overall fairly pleased with the experience. Only 2 other tables were occupied when we walked in, yet we waited for our food long after 3 or 4 other tables who arrived after... us. My son ordered a bacon cheeseburger without lettuce, tomato or onions, and because another IHOP location got this orderwrong in the past, we reiterated the specifics several times. But after the 45-minute wait, the burger came with no bacon. Iordered scrambled eggs, which were more like an overcooked, empty omelet folded over itself (see photo). My daughter gotchocolate pancakes with uncooked batter in the middle (see photo). My wife's BLT had a scant amount of bacon, so it wasbasically a lettuce and tomato sandwich that she had to wait 45 minutes for. Every order was either wrong or poorly made, andit came after an excessive wait, with no checking in from the server. It was a team failure, and we won't be back. We'retypically excellent tippers, but on this rare occasion I wrote "not today" on the tip line. Read more
This ihop sucks. The floor is dirty with tissue paper and water. Waiter's clothes also have dirt on them. The steam broccoli has... mold spot on the root I have to trim away. Will never come to this place again. Read more
