Placed a mobile order. There was a long line for drive thru so I came in the store to pickup instead. The pickup process was... easy and seamless. It was being prepared as I entered the McDonalds. However the french fries was already soggy (maybe it wasold french fries) and also under-seasoned (didn?t taste like it was properly or evenly salted). The staff was however friendlyand service was fast. Food was fresh. Yet the real 5 star reason was the guy in the 2nd window. He was probably the best fast food worker I've come... across as far as customer service. Extremely friendly and had a cheerful attitude. Handled himself perfectly in the face of acustomer. Man deserves to be the GM. Read more

I was informed 9 days later ?we don?t have Iced Coffee? for the second time in a week. How can you not have ice coffee? Coffee... breakfast, lunch, dinner for customers, right. So someone did not order creamer or you the ice machine broke down? Terriblecustomer service. McDonald?s used to have customer service like Chick-fil-A today. That was many years ago. Amazing worker got my complicated order down and correct without having to ask. There was an Indian man at the window and he... completed my order to every each piece without messing up 30 minutes before closing. Best service. Read more
I paid thirty dollars for food that looked and tasted like reheated leftovers. The fries were lukewarm at best, and the burger... felt, looked, and tasted like they dipped it in an unused vat of fryer grease before sending it out. And despite asking for nopickles or onions, they came with. Absolutely terrible. Read more
