Wow, worst customer service possibly ever. Placed order online that wasn?t ready. Was told they have no control over the times... given. Short story is after waiting 10 minutes I was rudely told 5 orders were ahead of mine and they didn?t know how long itwould be. I said that?s not very good customer service. When Noodles &Company came out their food and service was to be rivaled. Now the food is hit or miss and the service is... nonexistent. It has nothing to do with age as the manager who should be well mature enough to know is less than customerfocused. They lock their entry doors an hour early to discourage customers from coming in. Get there around like 1:57 PM. Place my order about 1:58. I did not get my food not until about 2:18.. I literally waited 22... minutes for my food. And when I did receive the food it was almost cold (Most of the time I don't care if I'm waiting 20 minutesfor food, but when I receive the goods and it's cold it's disappointing). I was tempted to go back in but I was already on myway to work, so I just did not have the time time to wait another 20 more minutes. I will not be back at this location. I love other locations of Noodles, but this one is by far the worst in the area. We came by today (Sunday) around 1:30 and it... was closed (hours were supposedly 11-9). I cannot find anything that would have indicated online that they would have beenclosed. What is going on?? Read more
This location is never open during their posted hours and today was taking orders online for times they weren?t going to be... open. Myself and 3 other unrelated people were standing outside the doors today having to call the girl inside to get refundsbecause we were all there to pick up online orders around 12 but they had decided not to open until 2 and left online orderingon for some reason. Staffing is hard on everyone these days but the lack of communication and inconsistency is going to be thekiss of death for this place. I love Noodles but I haven?t been able to successfully order since before COVID because they arenever open when they say they are. Very disappointed and will not be attempting this location again. I'm not usually a fan of fast food, but my spouse really wanted to eat at this place, and who is one to deny their sweetie a... craving. Well, it was a meal with diverse emotions and points of view. On the one hand, I didn't like what I ordered because ithad no flavor (the rigatoni), what my spouse ordered was good. These days ALL places are requesting staff and I want tounderstand that due to the lack of employees they do not have time to clean the place (let's give them the benefit of thedoubt), it is worth mentioning that the girl who took our order (she did not have a badge, so I didn't know her name) was superkind and nice. Another thing that seemed super sad to me and that unfortunately many places do, is that even if you eat in, theygive EVERYTHING in plastic containers ???????????. I personally am a person who is very much in favor of recycling and zeroplastics, and the amount of plastic that is generated in these types of restaurants is terrifying! I would give you a zero but it?s not an option. I?m so disappointed in your service that I would never return to this location.... Haven't been in a while as I generally am not over here. It was late and wife was out of town so didn't want to cook for one. I... got the Japanese Pan noodle with steak. Food tastes pretty good however I wish they would actually take the Cilantro off thestems instead of giving me a 3" long stem of it. I also came in roughly 30 mins before closing which wasn't any issues otherthan the fact the door says they are open until 9pm and it was 730pm when I came in. I also told the cashier I wanted tap waterto drink but got charged a soft drink. Meh over all I'll come back at some point but not any time soon. Read more
