For the past three years, I got bagels from Panera every week or so. I?ve had some poor experiences here and today was probably... the last time I patron Panera. I ordered a bakers dozen at 7:45am, and I received what I am sure was day old bagels, and theorder was incorrect. The bagels were stale, and I couldn?t even reach anyone on the phone for 30 minutes to get my orderfixed. A lot of places are struggling to hire people in the service industry. People working there are probably stressed andoverworked, I get it, but the bottom line is I work hard for my money and there are better options out there. Read more
Today I ordered some soup for curbside delivery (Order #799955754). My pick up time was 11:05 AM and I was parked in the #2... spot. I waited 15 minutes for soup. Soup. How can it take that long for soup? I left without my order. This is the secondtime they have done this to me. I will never go to this location again! I usually have great service, but our last order was terrible. Customizations were completely ignored. And our sandwiches... weren?t even toasted. I asked for white cheddar cheese instead of American and that did not happen. It was like cheese slappedbetween 2 slices of bread and microwaved. Most of the cheese is outside the bread. If you are going to provide substandard foodthen you really should lower your prices. Read more
My family and I have had a power outage and we decided to come here. We brought all our power banks and phones. The manager... walked out and gave us a extension cord and explained that he knows we?re struggling. The service was 10 stars, 100% recommend. Read more
A bunch of teachers order food to be delivered each Wednesday and we had an issue with our order. Most of our soups were not... included, but we received a bread bowl and full sandwiches instead of half sandwiches. We called in and they were able to makeit right immediately. I love Panera but not sure I?ll be going back. I got the pick two and it was $10 that?s fine if I get $10 worth of food but I... got the French onion soup delicious HOWEVER I got the half tuna sandwich and it was a JOKE! It was pretty much a ton of breadand a half scoop of tuna it was laughable. I gave it two stars because I love the soup. I?m more than likely not going backunless I get soup. Read more
