We had a birthday party of 20 and the staff treated us like gold. They stayed open longer than they had intended, rearranged the... seating, and delivered outstanding service. tried calling 4 times tonight and line went dead each time. Went to store and ordered. Called again while in store and watched... employee hit ignore on the call. Submitted order at 5:21p for 7:15p. Arrived and paid by 7:17p. Was told it would be five more minutes. Waited until 7:37p in... which I got the attention of someone in the back, as there was no one up front. Was informed that they did not have theingredients to make my order. I asked for a refund.
