We had a birthday party of 20 and the staff treated us like gold. They stayed open longer than they had intended, rearranged the... seating, and delivered outstanding service. Delivery order was over 30 minutes late. Food was cold. Drove to the location to see what the hold up was. They were closed 2... hours early but the app will still let you order and take your money. Steer clear. Read more
tried calling 4 times tonight and line went dead each time. Went to store and ordered. Called again while in store and watched... employee hit ignore on the call. I?m the only one in store and I can see and hear employees laughing and playing around in theback instead of taking phone calls. 8:45 is over an hour before closing. Submitted order at 5:21p for 7:15p. Arrived and paid by 7:17p. Was told it would be five more minutes. Waited until 7:37p in... which I got the attention of someone in the back, as there was no one up front. Was informed that they did not have theingredients to make my order. I asked for a refund. Took another 7 minutes of the cashier trying to figure out how to refund me.My refund still hasn?t processed. This is laughable. Read more

Bought two pizzas for carry out on two separate occasions and honestly the pizza has been really good! We got a regular hand... tossed and a deep dish and both were very good, kids and adults like them. The employees are very very polite, professional, andcourteous. Ordered a pizza online. 5 minutes after the order they texted that the order was out for delivery (impossible they cooked the... order that quickly)! Tried to call, no one answered at the store. Credit card had to be notified of fraudulent charge from anorder that was never delivered! DO NOT waste your time ordering from this location! Read more
Terrible experience. Preferred at 6 pm and it stated delivery would be 25 to 35 minutes. At 7 pm and no updates we tried to call... for an update and on the first two call we were hung up on and the third call we sat for over 5 minutes with no answer.Absolutely horrible customer service. Read more
