This store is ALWAYS out of something. I stopped by this Starbucks last week and met Lacey. She was working alone on this super busy shopping day but that didn?t stop... her from being quick and professionally about prepping our order and sending us on with a smile. Lacy was extremely friendlyand cheerful. She was awesome and the coffee and hot cocoas she provided us were perfectly made. Read more
I been to the Starbucks location when they where Kroger and it was great. Now that it?s Harris Teeter and new employees at... Starbucks my drink never gets made right. Makes me sad. We get drinks here everytime we shop at Harris Teeter. It's always been made well, sometimes it's a little slow.
The service is always pleasant at this Starbucks location, but the drink quality is hit or miss. There often seems to be new... employees here, and the quality is therefore inconsistent. As this is also a Harris Teeter, you can opt for food items (i.e.pastries, sandwiches) from the store if you don't care for the Starbucks fare. Read more

My daughter (15yo) went up to the counter at 5:56pm on October 29th to order a drink. The lady rudely asked what she wanted and... my daughter asked for a drink. The lady quickly dismissed her and told her no, I only have 4 minutes left. Seriously,where's the customer service there. I'm thinking she wouldn't have treated me that way.
