Usually this Subway is my preferred place to go. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed when I received my first online order... through them today. The sandwich barely had any meat on it and was missing some of the other veggies I added to my order. Notonly that, but the bread was tough to chew. I'm not sure who made the sandwich, but it was of a much lower quality than thislocation usually prepares in-person. Read more
The worker asked me to put on mask and I did. But when I explain to her that I had all my vaccinations and that Carrie had... resended their mask requirements. She told me I wasn't allowed to speak my mind and ask me to leave the story would not serveme. I find this very troubling that a person thinks they have the authority to stop you from speaking your mind and a veryconsiderate manner. She was very aggressive and she had a family member her son that was there that didn't work with the companythat threatened me with physical harm. Which is way out of line. Food is meh, customer service is horrible. Bread wasn?t good, tasted old. The lady that took my order was rude and didn?t even... know to warm the chicken in the microwave because I didn?t want it toasted. I?d say avoid this place if possible. Read more
1 Star, place has been on the news for poor health score. Constant employee turnover, 2nd time CC machine not working and told... we had to pay cash or leave. Foods not made, always running out of stock. No tuna sorry been told that 12 times at least. I likesubway and I think they have good prices, however just go to another subway this place can?t seem to function normally. I?velived walking distance for a couple years and there?s always something wrong. Management needs to really step in. I?m extremelydissatisfied with the service and quality of food on a regular basis. Seems like since no one works there for more than 6 monthsso no one is held accountable. Also their health score is back at an 88 (B). Wouldn?t risk it if I were you. Read more
