Owner/employee was rude. When I told that I've placed online order, he started giving lecture & it was not NICE at all. After... this EXP I didn't feel like eating subway so picked my order & dumped in restaurant dustbin. When I told that I'll complain toSubway he started shouting again. This place and owner/staff is horrible. The owner/staff is always rude. This store is never followed business operation hours... mentioned/published. Unfortunately we do not have another subway near by for us in Apex. I also observed that Subway franchisealso don't care about their customer feedback. Read more

Worst customer service. They ran out of bread option I needed for my footlong and then I was ok to split my order into 2 6? subs... with different meat options, the rude guy refused to honor footlong price. He was even harsh with the lady (seemed to be intraining) who was making my sandwiches. I did not want to leave any tip because of his rudeness, but I did leave tip for thelady who was nice and struggling Read more

I enjoy subway as a meal every once in a while. A lot has changed with bread options and price. Overall it is clear that Subway... is trying to better the experience. I can customize how ever I want. Double, triple toasted. Read more

They got my phone in order wrong and when I complained, Jasmine the worst manager ever had a epic fit when I complained. Then... they even shorted me a sandwich! Dont mind the roaches on the floor. Upper Management should clean house at this location. Notthe first time I had a horrible experience. Read more

Worst customer service ever. We ordered three foot longs they gave only 2 sauce on the side when we selected 2 sauces for each... while ordering online. Even when we asked for more, they were so rude and reluctant to satisfy the customer needs. There is nolimit to the number of sauces u add to an order but the owner felt as if he is offering the food for free. Never ordering fromthis store again Read more

A general decline in this location?s quality and service from my last several visits (started going to it happily right after it... opened many moons ago. It used to be great) has become a worse problem that means it is on my ?never again? list now(thankfully, there are way better sub shops nearby, e.g. Beaver Creek and even the adjacent grocery stores). My final order ofa few days ago was for 3 sandwiches, 1 of which was supposed to be a meal. There were significant problems with all threesandwiches- for example, the ?gooey with cheese chicken bacon ranch melt? had virtually no cheese and was not gooey mainlybecause it was room temperature when served; the meatball marinara had a couple of meatballs. There were minor red stains on thebread where one assumes any noticeable amount of actual marinara would otherwise be, and it was also pretty much room temp. All?requests/comments? in the order app were ignored. I tried calling the store repeatedly and even left a voice message butreceived no callback. Created a customer service ticket at Subway corporate; they appear to have passed it on to the franchiseewho sent an email saying in essence ?we have addressed this issue with the staff.? Great. No (even partial) refund, no credit,no desire to make things right or acknowledge the screwup. Never again here. The long decline has reached the tipping point. Read more

Worst Subway ever. I ordered online and they had the doors locked at 6pm!! I kept knocking on the door and the guy behind the... counter took 10 minutes to come to the door! He was very rude and strange. Now for the subs, wow were they awful. Bread was socrunchy it was almost burnt. Barely any meat or cheese, little veggies and 1/4th of the sub was bread with nothing on it. Nevergoing here again and I would strongly recommend everyone else to do the same.
