We just wanted a peppermint frosty. We were the second car in the drive thru and it took more than 5 minutes and we couldn?t get... out of line due to a concrete curb which seemed that it?s only purpose was to keep vehicles from leaving the line. We were ableto leave after we passed the drive thru speaker. Against my better judgement, my husband went inside where he waited another 3or 4 minutes. He purchased the ?large? frosty ($3.45) which came in a small or child?s size drink cup. The frosty itself wasn?tbad, however Chic-Fil-A?s peppermint shake is much better. Read more

A Wendy's is a Wendy's no matter how you look at it. The inside is pretty fancy with a fire place and great seating. Clean... floors and surprisingly a clean bathroom. The rest of the experience is the average fast food place experience. Staff was asnice as possible and a noticeable over helpfulness. My G pay wasn't working so the counter person got a manager to help with it.A bit of a language barrier issue later and we got it working. So that was good of them. Although the place was slow and I wasthe only one in there so I can't say if this type of service is the same with a busy day. Food came out fast ( again nobodythere but me and staff) so it was fresh. They still have the Rick and Morty promo drink in the soda machine if you're stillwanting that fruply land punch. My go-to for Wendy's. Great that they are open late on weekends. I often have events that end late and know I can at least get... something from this location after midnight. Read more

I didn't eat here this time although I usually do. I've given high marks for the food and the service. The one star this time is... because, my daughter and I stopped in to use the lady's room very quickly on our way home, and we observe an employee leave herstall, exit the restroom without washing her hands. Could she have washed otherwise? Sure, but why leave without washing yourhands in front of customers? Read more

Usually don't have a problem at this Wendy's. Today I pulled up no one in line get up to the window oh please pull forward.... There was no one in line no one behind me and I explained to the young lady that if someone pulled up I would gladly moveforward but there was no point in moving forward until there .was a reason. Needless to say she finally had to remove herearbuds so she can actually hear what was being said to her. Caught a major attitude very unprofessional. Also the customershould never be inconvenienced so you can meet your metrics instead of falsifying them. Read more

I enjoy Wendy's. I was getting the new strawberry ice cream cup. However at this facility I had a big language problem. When... I got to the window I had a strawberry salad. When I tried to explain what I ordered vs what I got, there was a lot ofconfusion. They finally got one person out of 4-5 who spoke English well enough to correct the order. I decided to pay forthe salad, which was good, and they gave me a free ice cream, which was also good. I will not return until a later date hopingthe staff speak English and are better trained. I understand it is hard to get people to work, but the experience we had tonight was rough. They are supposed to close at 10 pm.... We are in line by 9:25. Two cars in front of us get their order taken, then the car in front of us pulls up to pick up a DoorDash order. It?s now 9:30. The girl on the intercom rudely said, ?We?re closed!? The lady said she had a Door Dash order to pickup. They worker yelled, ?We?re closed!? And then repeated again and said they closed early. At least put up a sign, turn of thelights, turn off receiving Door Dash, and don?t be rude when people are trying to get food after a long day. Read more

First they mess up my order. Then they remake it and they tell me they?re out of tomatoes. A common ingredient that?s used on... everything. During lunch time not late at night. Acceptable it happens sometimes rarely. Then the chicken I get is raw!Unacceptable.. I better not get sick from it. Read more
