Went there one day stood at the counter went to place my order and was told they had no meat?? Then I told them well let me just... have a ice cream it didn't have any ice cream. There is a lady with dark hair that's the manager she has very poor customerservice skills very rude and very obnoxious and has a very dirty mouth in front of the customers I have never been in a BurgerKing like this how they stay in business I have no idea everyone I talk to says the same thing it is the worst Burger King theyhave ever gone to. Losing business and money 8:20pm on a Friday. The doors are locked people are inside eating. One family couldn't get out, locked... in. That alone is a fire safety violation. It sucks to have a Burger King so close to home that has so many problems. Went tothe burger King 6 miles away was open. Read more
I ordered 2 burgers and 2 onion rings for delivery. Couldn't be simpler. When the order was delivered, it had the 2 burgers but... no onion rings. I tried to call the store, but they wouldn't answer their phone. I've never heard of such a thing. Shockinglybad experience Read more

Have had a lot of issues with this location. They screw up your order, give you the wrong stuff, can't figure out what to do... with resolving the problems at hand. Get the excuse I'm new, can't give you your money back, don't know how to do that alongwith you have to get your money back on line. After being a customer of Burger King for over 50 years, I'm done with thisfranchise. Read more

The worst Burger King visit ever. Waste of money. Cashier couldn't even understand our order. We repeatedly said our order... multiple times and she still couldnt understand. After we have paid, our order was missing multiple things. Had to call out aworker to give us our food that we paid for after a long time waiting. Very cold. Went home and saw our sandwishes very empty.No lettuce. Very unpleasant. Still couldnt have the meal complete, we had 2 little ones with no food. Horrible service. Read more
I visited store # 23620 on Saturday 26th of November. I arrived to the drive thru around 6:20pm. At 6:30 pm I place my order at... the drive thru. Not only it take the young lady 10 mins to get my order. But she still had my order wrong when I got to thewindow. She charged me for a items that was should to be free with purchase with use my offer. The offer where you get an freelarge fry for a year. I had two orders one was getting to when I arrived at the window. The second was not ready or correct. Atthis time I had to wait for the mistake to be corrected. It now 7:00pm and the first order is now cold. I understand that it getbusy at times. But young lady started to get an attitude with me. When I had to keep saying my orders was wrong. It not my faultI repeated myself 4 time at the speaker. I also started saying my words slowly so she could hear me better. Nope that don't workso here I am with cold food. Not to mention that the food was put together sloppy. But now I learned a lesson not to come tothis location even if it near me. Unfortunately I will not be using this burger King for a while.
