Been there twice. First I'm sitting there in the area for pickup only to find out there's is no one coming with pizza. Had to... park, go inside to ask why no one came out. My was oh, we longer do curbside pickup. Well please state that on your websites. . The second time I placed a delivery order and included a $5 tip in the total price for the food. After checking out thedetails were for pickup. I tried calling numerous times. I finally realized no one was going to pickup the phone. I drove up the street and picked up my food. I explained to a worker that I ordered delivery and included a delivery tip, but since Ihad to pickup the food could I get back my tip. He decided to walk around doing nothing for about 5 minutes. I got hisattention again and asked for my order. He asked for my name a second time. I gave it to him, gave me my order and walked away. I got his attention again and reminded him that I wanted my tip back. He messed around with the register for a minute and said" were really busy right now, can you come back? I said no. He walked away. I was not happy at all at that point. I said in areally loud manner "I'm not going anywhere until you put my money back on my card". Finally, the young man who was on the phonethe whole fifteen minutes or so that I was in the store came over to me and whispered "the assistant manager is coming from theback to help you". The assistant manager also used the excuse that "we're super busy " as well. I shouldn't have been putthrough that at all. If a store is to busy to swipe a card to refund any amount of money, ridiculous. My food was completelycold when I got home????????????. I'm done with that store. Read more
It may be the only place open past 10 and that?s the ONLY reason to buy a pizza from this place. Terrible product. Hardly... any toppings at all. I ordered Pepperoni, Sausage, Mushroom, Onion. Mushrooms were just a few slivers, I found one or twosausage bits, and none of us found a single onion. Huge bubbles in the crust with NO toppings at all. Very little sauce. Just a big cardboard tasting crust, nasty. Papa John?s should be ashamed of themselves putting out a product like this. Read more
Said it would be delivered within 30- 45 minutes. It took almost 2 hours. I checked the app, and my pizza was sitting for an... hour before they began delivering it. It arrived very cold. The box was warm but the pizza was cold, almost like they tried toreheat it. I'm going to stop ordering because this is the 3rd time in a row I recieve a cold pizza after paying their additionaldelivery fees and tipping the drivers generously. Sick of it.... Read more
For myself they put out an awful pizza! Got the Ny style a few months back the worst pizza I ever had! Contacted support via... email to no avail! Never did get that pizza replaced so I don't buy there anymore! As a delivery driver wait times are absurdand too many people in there not knowing what the hell there doing! Every body everywhere! 3 different people to the windowasking the same question and making u loop around the parking lot 13 times and back to the window to pick up pizza ???? Read more
We ordered delivery tonight and not only did it take 2.5 hours to be delivered, it showed up sopping wet with all of the pizza... slices falling apart. Then we tried to call it and have it refunded, and we had to wait 30 mins to get in contact with someone.Once we finally got in contact, we were met with extreme attitude and a lack of apology for this. I was a regular customer of papa johns but i will definitely never shop at this pizzeria again especially the apollo beach store... the pizza was uncooked and was thrown on my doorstep in such a way that it arrived a complete mess and after receiving this idid many calls to the store and it was never answered, I had to go to the store to return the pizza and the manager just saidohh ok I'll give you a refund. ok Thanks for the refund but your customer service sucks. Called #listed n my call went 2 a call center! Man n I had hard time communicating. Told me he could take n send my order but... there was no promise that I could get it!! WHATTT??? Then why would I order?? When I call a business,I want THAT business 2 haveanswered my call. Not some 3rd party in God knows where n unable 2 communicate w me sufficiently!!
