10-31-22 7:15 am front doors locked, sign says open at 7. Called them and they answered and let me in to good service and... food. 11-1-22 7:22 am door locked, called no answer. Manager arrives to work and says inside is closed until ?probably 8 or 9am,you will have to go through drive through? directly behind me is my vehicle, a 15ft tall behemoth of a work truck. Knowing itwould not fit into the drive through I walked through it. No response at drive through speaker, a few minutes later walked up towindow to order. Was made to wait to order until manager stocked register with money and coffee was made. I sincerely hope theowner reads this and gets upset at the staff running this location! Ps an entire neck full of hickies that look as though theymay need ointment followed by the overwhelming smell of pot is also probably not appropriate behavior. Most likely the reasonwhy I was refused entry as the smoke was still lingering in the background. Read more

I like the food. City needs to put a proper exit for the restaurant. I believe that is why business is always slow. Had our... first Mexican pizza and grilled cheese burrito. We all ate it and got our fill. Will keep coming Read more

Stopped in at 3pm on a Saturday. No line, not busy, 6 or 7 people working. We were going to dine in only to find the dining... room absolutely disgusting. Every single table was dirty and several chairs had food on them. Drink station was filthy. Whendid it become ok for places to just completely disregard basic cleaning tasks? I would understand right after lunch rush ordinner or short staffed. Unsatisfactory. We asked for a bag and noted we were leaving because of how gross the dining roomwas. All 7 of those employees should be ashamed and especially the manager. Have some pride in what you do. You have towonder if there are sanitation issues where the food is prepped as well. Read more

This is a descent Taco Bell. It didn't exist when I lived here 10 years ago but it's pretty clean and the food quality is good.... For an restaurant that wasn't busy at all though, the staff were wandering around aimlessly and pretty much ignored me. Read more

Slapped my quesadilla together and didn?t even cut it. It wasn?t crispy at all really hard to eat and looked so sloppy. It... wasn?t even busy. It?s not even cheap anymore and this is what I get bc I was craving Taco Bell. Very unimpressed. Ppl work hardfor their money and just bc I choose to eat fast food doesn?t mean they have to serve it like this. The company should beembarrassed of how their products are presented to the public. Taco Bell has changed a lot, some good but some ...hmm. The advertisement for Breakfast sounds great ...if you can find a place... open for people on the way to work. I pass 4 Taco Bells on my way to work and not one is open for breakfast. I miss the smallversion of chips loaded like a Bell Grande. It made a Fabulous side order item. Read more

Very disappointed with the customer service at this location. I recently started coming to this location on the way home at... least three times a week. I normally order at the kiosk, last week I ordered and paid online. When I arrived to the location topick up the manager could not find my order. I provided proof via phone of the charge and showed the order which was now idlingdue to the reception in that area. Basically my order never processed. I Replace the order thinking that the order will betaught you to already been charged, was told that I would have to settle the issue with taco bell.com online. Because I hadalready dissipated on my order I placed a new order paid the amount again with the understanding that I would receive a refundfor the previous order once I contacted Taco Bell or the amount would drop off. Being that I work in retail my issue was mostlythe customer service because no one really was explaining anything, I had to ask questions and it was like they didn?t even wantto offer empathy about the over charge. I did ask for a courtesy small drink or freeze the manager told me no but eventually shegave me a courtesy small drink after I made a point about it. I did explain to her that due to the inconvenience that would?vebeen something that should?ve been offered as a courtesy or as customer service personally since I could not be refunded anddidn?t know actually if I would get resolvemwnt once I reached out to taco bell online. I will not eat here again they have thefreshest shells here that I?ve had and this is the reason why I was coming to this location but customer service alone loses mymoney. It?s the principle- I love Taco Bell and having been eating it since for over 20 years, this is my first complaint - OnceI got home my food was unacceptable I ordered a power bowl which had missing items and a potatoe side which was over cookedhard with sour cream and cheese on top.
