First time at this location, Had a great time, Surprisingly food was really good. Small bites, but packed with flavors. They... have some great deals, so you will find this place it's a favorite in the area, and stays busy. It has a small arcade zone,which is a plus if you get bored or bring Littles ones who after not winning a few games decide to quit bowling and yourparty. Bathrooms, were kept clean and didn't smell like pee! Honestly, that's a plus for me. The place is big, and comfortablefor bringing friends and family, I only wish they had pool tables... Over all. The issue below was promptly resolved. I greatly appreciate that the Senior Direct Manager at Bowlero Corp reached out to me and... addressed the grievance, immediately. In my recent visit to this location, I noticed that the resolution was implemented. 5stars for the response, care and efficiency on the part of the Management. My family and I enjoyed bowlling and had a goodexperience and quality time there. Thank you! "The music videos on the huge display screen was highly inappropriate. I wouldlike my kids to have fun and not be worried about them being exposed to lewd scenes. The employee promptly turned off the screenand was very helpful. Unfortunately, it is not in their power to change or stop the video streaming. Besides my kids, there were 2 school bus loads of children, some very young, without their parents. Those young minds came for an innocent time of fun withfriends & not to be imprinted with inappropriate images being bombarded on large screens! All else was great, One Star becauseof the choice of music videos displayed and for not equipping employees to stop those videos when requested by a concernedparent." Read more
We booked a family package online for my son's birthday. We arrived at the bowling alley and were greeted immediately. The... entire staff was friendly and welcoming. The place is large (40 lanes) and very clean (no funky smells). The kids startedbowling and we ordered pizza, wings, fries, pretzels and cookies. The food was very good and large portions. The manager cameover to say hi and thank us for booking online. She gave us a goodie bag and gift cards for the kids to play in thearcade. Overall, I would recommend Bowlero to everyone. Whether you're looking for a place for a kids party, an adult hangout(there is a bar area also) or just some family fun away from electronics. Read more
Brought our son and 3 of his friends for his 13th birthday celebration. They LOVED it! Even the picky eaters loved the food.... They had pizza, wings, fries, big pretzels and chocolate chip cookies. I had cauliflower bites and they were amazing!! Theentire staff was helpful and friendly?all smiles! It was about a 35 minute drive for us, but is now our go-to bowling alley.Clean and modern. To the eye this was a very nice place the lanes was even OK except for the mechanical part the lanes I was on I had 2 lanes and... I'm telling you they knocked over pins. Every other frame it was knocking over single pins put in the wrong score up there Iprobably didn't bullet alleys that was 25 years older than this place that function better as far as the pin centers and thescore board. Almost every other frame we had to change the score because of bad mechanical problems with the machines that I'mbelievable but it's father unbelievable but as far as the lanes was pretty nice pretty clean but they didn't function. Just had my daughter's birthday party here. By far one of the easiest birthdays I've had for one of my kids. A group of 10/11... year old girls. We had the basic package and it still covered every possible thing we needed. The kids had a blast bowling,playing in the arcade, and just the relaxed atmosphere. Definitely much easier for mom too! Our host was fantastic I wish Icould remember his name. They also were experiencing some issues with water and the general manager was there and on top ofeverything and super accommodatinthe issue was fixed rather quickly.
