Unfortunately this was the last nail in the coffin for this location. We have consistently had issues with this location and... tonight solidified that we will drive the extra bit to the other location nearby. Line always takes so long to get through evenwhen you have just a few people ahead of you. Tonight my food sat on the line so long it was cold be the time I got to eat itand I ate in the restaurant. Staff is pleasant enough but also seem disinterested. Usually have food items they are out of.Restaurant is always some level of dirty from previous patrons dining in. And often see mobile orders waiting around too. I nowrefuse to order online because when I do the portions are blatantly skimped on. Also parking is usually a hot mess. Read more
I'm a big fan of Chipotle and this particular store is very well managed. The employees were great and the food was fresh and... hot. This store also has a great sound system that plays excellent background music which enhances your Chipotle experience! Read more
Worst location in the whole state. I live down the street so I?ve been here a million times and have NEVER had a smooth... experience. I order online and my food is never ready on time, I?m talking 25 minutes past when it?s supposed to be ready. Theplace is always messy n dirty. Silverware and napkins always empty. This place has just gotten to be unbearable. Our pickup orders are regularly 45 mins late and they give zero apologies or... acknowledgement when you stand around for over half an hour waiting for them to make your food. I did an online order because it was free queso day with online or app orders only. My bag was placed on the pickup rack. I... grabbed the bag, opened it to make sure my chips and queso were in the bag. For back to the hotel and I had an order for someonenamed Kaley. Was so irritated and frustrated. I just contacted 'chat with pepper' and they gave me a reward for a free entree.And Kaley's bowl said 1 out of 2, which means they screwed up her order as well. I just hate being out of town, getting offwork, stopping somewhere familiar, getting back to my hotel, and then the food is wrong. So next time I guess I should check the name on my bowl as well. I've eaten at this location many times with no complaints. However, tonight I made a mobile order and the portions of both bowls... were extremely light. The bowl pictured (which I had not eaten at all when I took the picture) costed me $11.00. That is notacceptable. Quality control needs to be reviewed. Read more
The staff was extremely rude. They seemed annoyed and put out of place by having customers in the store. They moved slower than... molasses, we stood at the register for ten minutes before the girl finally came over to cash us out. She was the most rude oneof them all. By time we actually got to sit and eat the food was cold. The food was old and not fresh at all. The dining roomwas a disaster. There was no ice so nothing from the soda machine came out good. My daughter's juice box was barely cold andthat was in the cooler. The portion sizes were laughably. Read more
