Their fried rice was uncooked,. Following orders I did was wrong. I called, instead of correcting the order, the owner ( nasty... attitude guy) was so rude and argumentative that it was all my fault and told me to go somewhere else if I don?t like theirfoods. I have always ordered from Chung Xiang Chinese for over 6years. The food has never disappointed me until yesterday. I ordered... sesame chicken. The meal was more like sesame bread with a speck of chicken. I'm not sure if ownership changed or what, but thefood was not up to it's usual standard. To top it off, my order was incorrect. Food was good and fresh, but I was used to other preparations. Will definitely return to make use of their fresh made diet... meals with lots of veggies. So happy they offer this. Read more
Ordered general tso chicken light sauce and omg worst ever. This place used to be good but they must've changed cooks. Chicken... had no flavor at all to the point some tasted so nasty I spit it out. Plus not that much chicken. Then rice bland taste not thatmuch shrimp. Stomach now hurts. Will keep going to my go too. Ocoee by publix. Its cheaper and 10000x better. Read more
My experience here was fast and seamless although after eating my family got sick. 20-30 min after eating I had stomach pains... and the rest is TMI. I called the restaurant immediately to notify them of me getting sick. At first they told me that theycouldn?t do anything. After passing the phone to the manager he told me to come into the store to get their insurance policynumber. I asked for the policy contact over the phone, as it is already an inconvenience to be sick. He said no, I should comefill out a form etc. I told him that I cannot return back to the store and he got defensive for me warning about the food. Afterspeaking with the manager he got defensive and told me that there isn?t a problem with the food because he?s been eating therefor 20+ years.
