Could have done without the rude service also the two ladies were just talking back and forth cussing and swearing about their... co-workers. If they wanted to discuss a worker do it silently in the back not loudly across the room. You can be upset but youdon't have to be upset in ear shot of the customer. I don't think I've ever received my order done correctly at this location. We're not ordering complex things either. It's just... always wrong. My girlfriend experiences the same thing all the time. And I would always try to tell her it's not a big deal, butI mean it's just ridiculous how many times we've had to go back just to swap the orders. Went through drive thru. A long line. It was amazing how fast they took care of all of the customers. I thought I would be in... line a long time. But it was just a few minutes. Wonderful friendly service. I don't know who changed everything but it is100% improved. Read more
This place is the worst of the worst. We order chocolate frosted donuts and they just toss them in a bags of course the... frosting all over the bag instead of the donuts. The coffee cup leaking all over the bag. Missing part of the order. Then totop it off I called to speak to the manage and I can hear someone in the background saying just hang up on them and laughing. Talk about no quality or customer service this is the place. After waiting 20 min on a short line was told they don't have food to serve! Then I waited another 6min while at window while my... coffee sat on table no one gave it to me! I love their cake batter signature iced latte but on one of my visits, they only had regular iced coffee. No cappuccino, no... latte, and no macchiato. For an establishment that is known for their specialty drinks and donut, should never be out of thoseitems. Also on the same visit, they were out of all food items except for donuts. Read more
Service is always good. They are always out of a lot of donuts but the donuts are good. The only reason I stopped coming often... with my family is because the coffee has gotten so bad. They really need to train their people better with coffee and thedifferent types. I can never get good coffee no matter what my husband or I order. We have tried several times and it neverfails to be either sickly sweet or have an awful taste. Read more
