When we got there we noticed the drive thru was extremely busy so we decided to dine in. We ordered our food at the kiosk and... waited. We didn't wait too long at all which was very impressive! Our order was messed up the first time but we went to thefront counter and explained the situation and even though the manager was VERY busy he went out of his way to make it right. Iwas so impressed that he kept his great customer service under pressure and kept his composure! He definitely went above andbeyond with quality, service and handling a situation! You come here because the food is inexpensive. But they never met a freezer they didn't like. The employees and managers could... also use a lot of extra training in dealing with human beings. If they are not rude to the customers, they are rude to eachother. Read more
Well its regretable to give such s negative review. Visted this store last weekend and yesterday Saturday again. The weekend... management is so bad. Employees are arguing very loudly while right at front. They dont care to clean tables or drink station.When they make error in food prep they make excuses instead of apologizing. My kid always wants McDonald's but the 2 closest to me in apopka on 436 and main st. They both have the worst customer service.... But I have to go there once in a while and the cashier is always rude and rushing my order. Then the next window they to busytalking so they hand me my bag. No, hello this is your order have a nice day, nothing. I have to ask is this all of the order?Lastly I get home and find the order is wrong. I come I order 2 large fries and 4 chocolate chip cookies. I wait in line for 5 minutes than wait another 10 minutes in mobile... parking or whatever to be missing a large fry. Line was too long and doors were locked so tried calling no one picked up. Disgusting! I had sticky paper with ink in my McChicken today. It is crazy how careless they are abt serving proper food that I... paid! When I asked for ketchup they decided to give old ketchup that was struck together cause they were already open a longtime ago. But, they refuse to throw it away. McChicken had really down hill! I've just started going to this location and it may very well be my new favorite McDonald's location. Very friendly staff and... the food's been great. People try to downplay how hard it is to work in a McDonald's these days, it is VERY hard and these folksseem to be able to step up to the challenge in a great way. THANK YOU!!! Read more
