They looked pretty clean on the inside of the lobby. I and several other customers had to wait a bit to place our orders. There... appeared to be plenty of employees working, but they seemed intent on getting the orders for the drive thru. I'll take the drivethru the next time. Read more
Unfortunately fast food has become one of the worst food to try to get in Apopka. If it wasn't for the boo buckets at McDonald's... we would not of even stopped at the one in front of home depot. #disappointing I remember enjoying McDonald's as a kid & it isdefinitely not the same. But to wait more than 30 minutes to get our order & for the food to be cold by the time we got it. Thestaff not even doing their job, for customers to be commenting on how they can't even get orders out. Then for staff to makecomments to customers about they don't want to hear anymore complaints. Get staff that actually work and not just collect apaycheck. 8pm on a Friday night trying to get a quick bite to eat, this McDonald's is not kid friendly at night time will not beback anytime soon. Absolutely the worst meal we have had and our expectations are low anyways as it is McDonald's but this waslower than low. Read more
Great food ok service from manager but everyone else was awesomeness!
Staff members are nice. I went to the drive thru. and I ordered two breakfasts and I payed for two breakfasts and came home... with one this is the first time it happened I learned my lesson it doesn't matter if you are in a worry always check your orderto make sure the order is correct. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They don't let you order at the register. You have to use a kiosk that is very... confusing and took me at least 10 minutes just to order an iced coffee. Even when a staff member came over to help, shestruggled with it too. The iced coffee was pretty good. Read more
I was so disappointed about my order. I ordered a 20 piece nuggets and I had nuggets missing in both boxes. I understand that... the store was busy but I would of rather wait than they'll be sneaky and not give me my complete order. I always checked to makesure I have all the items I didn't know that I also had to count the nuggets. I didn't find out until I got home. Read more

I don't order a lot of fast food but had to stop at the Home Depot behind this location and figured I would grab something... quick. I ordered online for curbside pickup pretty late into the lunch rush (close to 1:00 on a Tuesday). There was one mainemployee running orders out to the waiting cars and she made sure to stop by and let me know the kitchen was backed up andconfirmed my order with me. She came back and checked on me again while I waited (probably around 10 minutes total wait time)and brought my order when it was ready. My order was fresh tasting and accurate. The customer service and communicationdefinitely made up for the wait time (it was still pretty busy so it's understandable) and I will be back, you can't ask formuch more. Read more
