We stopped in for breakfast shortly after 8am. We waited in line while only 1 employee was working the bagel/pastry area. It... took over 15 minutes to even be acknowledged. I ordered the sausage and over easy bagel. As you can tell the egg is not overeasy. It was over hard. The sausage doesn?t even fit the bagel. Very disappointed for the amount of money Panera charges. Youwould get a better breakfast bagel from WaWa. The menu boards are confusing and this location is dark and dreary. The were morefocused on the drive thru then the patrons entering the store. I visited this location for the 1st time this afternoon and had a great experience. From the door, the cashier was super... friendly and professional. However, what top it all off was of course my order. The worker who made my sandwich made the mostdelicious sandwich I've ever had!! (it was a Mediterranean Veggie). It 's appearance and taste were "off the charts." I was onlyable to eat half but ate the other half for my dinner and it still tasted fresh!!! High five to this location! Customer service and Integrity is lost at Panera Bread these days. I was rushed when placing my order. There seemed to be a... frustration. When opt to have apple ???? it took a long time. Customer service was great. I have the all you can drink sips deal where you can get a free drink every 2 hours for $10 a... month. Before I went on a diet, I loved their food and ate there a lot. I would have the 1/ & 1/2 deal. Their corn chowder andavocado turkey BLT sandwich is the bomb! Read more

I used to order from here and they would be great, but the last three times I gave the benefit of the... doubt because I was craving the Mac and cheese or grilled cheese but have only been disappointed each time. First time theyovercooked the whole thing, didn't even taste like what its supposed to. Second time trying, I thought would be better, they gotthe Mac and cheese right but how do you mess up a grilled cheese? A Macaroni grilled cheese? No. Third time I had to go (anddidn't want to) because my husband was sick and wanted soup. So I figured okay I'm hungry too. I was specific and even askedthem to not over cook the Mac and cheese, they said okay. Instead what I got home to was half a broccoli and cheese macaroni andthen it looked like they covered it up by putting the regular one on top of it. Didn't find out until I started eating it.Trash. Is this Panera going under? Giving it another shot. I pulled in for some bagels Tuesday at 9am. They were out of the popular... bagels and only had flax seed. So being hungry will give it a try. What we got was a oatmeal covered lunch roll. We got 2 for9.00. Sad Apopka doesn't have a decent bagel shop. Panera is terrible. Read more
Went this morning to pick up a Bakers Pack. I asked for all the bagels to be sliced as always. When I get home to have bagels... with our morning coffee, more than half of them were falling apart because they were not sliced properly. Pics included forreference. Read more
