The fish and chips, It was a fresh meal,also the chicken noodle soup was great . The pie slices was so so fresh and flakes. We ordered pot roast and country fried steak. The texture of the cou try fried steak was very tough, and reminds one of a frozen... dinner. The pot roast wasn't a great flavor, and the veggies with it were clearly cooked (unseasoned) and separate from theroast. I also ordered a slice of pie, and sadly that wasn't put into my to go bag. Loved the food service was GREAT!! I had Benet as my server and she was so funny and friendly. She had everything out on time... and was so attentive you would think we were the only customers there. But they were very busy and she handled like a pro. Read more

The restaurant was clearly understaffed. The waitress was running the floor by herself. My family could hear all the commotion... with the kitchen staff in the back. The waitress was doing her best to keep up, but the manager kept seating more and morepeople. The yelling in the kitchen was non stop and made me and my family very uncomfortable. We rode it out cause we could seethe waitress was trying. But this will not be a repeat visit with this kind of situation. Perkins, please do better. Maybe treatyour employers better and you'll have more staff that actually cares to come in and you won't have staff biting each other'sheads off cause of stress of running a restaurant with bare bones kitchen staff and one waitress.
