10/18- Walked in the lobby and was greeted by no one for a couple minutes. I turned to use a kiosk only for my son (3yrs) to... visually pick his food before ordering. Someone came in after us so I suggested he go ahead of us so we could have a few moreminutes. A woman yelled from the back of the kitchen "Only kiosk orders in the lobby!". Of the 2 kiosks in the lobby, 1 wasbroken so I backed up to let the gentleman use it first. He was upset and left. We placed our kiosk order and sat down at theleast dirty table while we listened to the same woman yell at the staff to get it together. When our food came up, it was thrownon the counter and the employee disappeared before we even made it to pick it up. Our 2 nacho fries were half empty and only 1cheese cup was full. Our chicken chipotle melt was all over the place. IDK if they're having a bad day but they're normallybetter than this at this location. Read more
Terrible experience today. After paying at the kiosk, they told us that they couldn?t make what we ordered and wouldn?t refund... the money, I asked for a manager and they ignored that. And so they made smaller versions of it. It took 17 minutes to get thefood, they forgot an item, didn?t include sour cream on two items, the crunchwraps were soggy inside, and the Mexican pizzalooked like it was revenge (see picture). Would not visit again. Total rip off, total garbage, terrible food. Deserves zerostars. Read more
I really enjoyed Spicy Double Beef Grilled Cheese Burrito with Diablo sauce!? Ordering food with the little machine was easy and... comfortable for me. But my husband did not like the coffee from there and wasn't happy about the customer service ????... Maybethey're too busy. Read more
I am not a fan of the Bell, until I ate here! The staff is wonderful, the store is super clean and the food was fantastic! Trust... me fantastic is not a way to describe the Bell, but this store is truly the business model others need to follow! Read more
Had me saying...where's the beef? I ordered a beefy burrito with so little beef and I even asked for extra beef. We also had a... crunch wrap that had such a thin layer of beef you didn't know it was there. The root beer was good from the fountain machinethough. ??????? Read more
This restaurant does pretty much what ever they want and is very rude all the time. If they don't feel like making your food... when you order it, they won't. If they don't feel like having a drive thru open, they will make you go inside to order. If theydon't feel like making tacos, they will tell you they are out of tortillas. Worst branch of Taco Bell or really any fast foodchain I've ever seen and I have seen some doozies! Read more
Drive thru and store closed again. Because Their system was down again!! 3x this has happened to us. This is our Favorite Taco... Bell location to get in and out easily but it's always closed. Sometimes I feel like the employees just say the system is downso they don't have to work. I've never been to another taco bell where the system is down! So we went to 1905 pizza around thecorner and got an amazing pizza! Read more
Ordered 2 tacos appearance was good. Unfortunately the shells broken. Had to use a fork to eat the tacos.
