I brought my younger cousin here for a lunch outing and I couldn't be more pleased. The atmosphere is great and the staff were... welcoming. We started off with a cup of clam chowder, which was top notch and then we shared their lunch "sampler" whichincluded a portion of most of the fried items on the menu. This is definitely a "must-do" if you're in the area. Especially ifyou second home is the ocean. The Ocean theme of this restaurant is not something you see very often outside the of the beach. We enjoyed our lunch experience here. At Server was over the top friendly and super engaging. We visited a few months ago and... I don't remember his name, but job well done. He explained that the Nauti Lobstah and the Catfish Place had joined forces. Thefried green tomatoes were so good that I stopped to take a picture after we'd started devouring them. Everything was Amazing from the Clam Chowder, Lobster Roll, home made potato chips and cream spinach, all very delicious! Beer... batter Fish n Chips was the best we've ever had. Not at all greasy. What an amazing atmosphere! The food was delicious and the service was impeccable. We started with the crab cakes (phenomenal).... For our main dishes I had the Stuffed Lobstah and my husband had the steak filet. Cara (one of the owners) came to our tableseveral times to check on us and to just chit chat in general. A most Pleasant surprise and gift in Apopka, FL. First, don?t always judge a book, a town, or a restaurant by its cover. Second,... this is not your typical greasy fish fry, although when you?re in the mood I love a good fry. I tried the calamari, NE clamchowder, shrimp cocktail, potato chips, cole slaw, and the ritz cracker coated cod. It was all fresh seafood. My wife remarkedthat those shrimps were cooked that day and not pre-done. So I was craving seafood especially lobster and wanted something in the Apopka area so found this place from Google so I said... let me give it a try since I?m a foodie don?t mind trying new restaurants I?ve never been to before! Right when I walked in Iwas shocked for a Saturday there was plenty of seats available so no wait for me! My server Kathy or Katie sorry couldn?tremember her name was super nice and and always checked if I needed anything! For appetizer got the shrimp cocktail and wasshocked how big of plate of ice it came in with 6 shrimps! Then for main entree got the lobster tails and it comes with twosides so I got the house salad and fries! I like how my lobster had that cracker stuffing or crust on top it was so good! Went to Nauti Lobstah for the first time today. I got the Ritz cracker crusted flounder. I don't know if it was baked or broiled... but it didn't matter. It was outstanding. I also had sweet potato casserole. It was also very good. It's nice to have a local,privately owned restaurant that is so good.
