Far from fast and disappointingly bland and mediocre food at best. Their photos look like you'll be getting a good value, but in... reality the sandwiches are "squashed down" to what looks like a child's serving and not worth over $7 for a sandwich. Fries werehot, though overcooked. However, the new strawberry frostie was fine and too thick for a regular straw. If you're getting it togo, be sure to ask for a spoon. Perhaps the only person at the counter was new and uniformed or having a bad day, and no oneelse was available. If I hadn't pre-paid on the app that I was trying to use for the first time, we would have gone somewhereelse, rather than wait over a half hour for part of the order to be accepted and prepared. We certainly did not feel welcome.Everyone else was able to order in person except for one person picking up an order, while we seemed invisible with no one tocare if we had lunch. The wait time here is ridiculous. I?ve given this specific location 4 chances to either: respond in a decent timely manner while... waiting in drive thru (but no response) Or it takes a long time to deliver my mobile order. I?ll give this location 5 starswhen they close this one down and have their workers move to the Maitland location (much more responsive). Read more
I eat here frequently on the way home. Many years ago it was a lot better than it is sitting now. Place needs to be updated... inside. The ceilings look like they are about to fall in. I usually get the 5 dollar biggie bag. Sometimes I?ll bite into myburger and it?ll have lots of pink and sometimes it won?t; maybe it just depends on the day lol? Sometimes the chicken nuggetsdon?t even really feel cooked all the way. I took some family here and they said the same about that. A couple years ago I wasin the bathroom and I think there was mold all on the walls. So yeah those bathrooms need some remodeling as well. The serviceis overall alright. I can understand understaffing issues but there was this one worker who I don?t know what their problem wasbut they sounded dead inside and they sounded like they didn?t wanna be there. Well don?t come then.. but other than those minorproblems I?ll still drive through there and get food on the way to places. I ate less than half of my burger before finding string from who knows what. I was so grossed out I threw it away, along with... the baconator fries. They didn't have chocolate frosties, only vanilla. If that had been the only issue I wouldn't even take thetime to complain. Spending that much to throw away my food is absurd. This fast food restaurant has gotten so expensive. $23.00 for two sandwiches, 2 frys and two small drinks. I don't know what is... going on. It is out of control. I went to Wendys after a workout just to get some extra calories. I purchased the baconator double with 6 piece nuggets and a... large diet coke. I don't eat the bun. Anyway, it took some time to get someone's attention, but the order came out quicklyonce someone came to the front. Most everyone was going through the drive through due to COVID19. This is one of my favorite locations I mostly come here in the morning for breakfast very often. They know my order my food is... ALWAYS fresh and the black lady that works the window she such a breath of fresh air to see in the morning. Tonight I was verydisappointed with this location I literally just left Disney and drove past numerous of Wendy?s locations just to come to Apopkato this specific location. First of all night crew this isn?t McDonald?s if you want to be ghetto go work for McDonald?s.Secondly, the little laughing over the intercoms is very unprofessional seems like you all need additional training . Now Iorder a big order for my family and I and understand the wait BUT what I DO NOT APPRECIATE and WILL NOT ACCEPT is getting myfood to feed my family and the food is unacceptable. The chicken sandwich and nuggets was very hard and over cooked the burgerswere saturated in oil and ketchup the oil needed to change the fries were disgusting and on top of that we order coke and wasgiving Dr Pepper or whatever it was.
