First off I will say this... TURN THE MUSIC DOWN!! We went for dinner on a Friday night and the music was SO beyond loud I... couldn't even have a conversation with my husband and daughter who were sitting right next to me and I couldn't hear thewaitress when she was speaking to us. I noticed other people around the restaurant as well getting annoyed with the extremelyloud music as well. That alone makes me not want to go back. Then my order was wrong. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken sandwichthat was supposed to have Buffalo sauce, blue cheese or ranch, shredded lettuce (I asked to have coleslaw put on it instead)tomatoes and pickles. The waitress wrote it down and double checked with me so I was NOT a mistake on her part. When I got myfood there was just the chicken and pickles and a little Mayo. I didn't notice the missing sauces and lettuce at first just thatthere was no coleslaw on it. So I told the waitress and she brought me some. But as I was eating I noticed the other missingitems. I didn't send it back because I was starving. The wait time for us to have our order taken, then to even get our food wasvery long as well... I want to try it again but I'm hesitant. Everytime I come here I wonder why? That's right the food and it's the only one in town. I can count the staff who has given... good customer service on one hand here. The food is usually right, cooked well, and fast. I just can't look past the glearingbad customer service. This last time the only nice person was the lady at the counter when we came in. Read more

Buffalo Wild Wings is my favorite restaurant. Unfortunately, the only one in the desert isint that great. It's a hit or miss.... This last time, there wasn't many people there but the server didn't come to our table until about 20 minutes after beingseated. She was sweet. But the customer service wasn't there. All the servers were just standing and talking to each other, itwas maybe once every 15-20 minutes they would actually come by and see if you needed anything. I've been to other locations andthe staff is way more on top of it and there's usually way more people. 3 stars because I've been there in the past and got goodservice. Just not consistent. Read more
Todays visit to Buffalo Wild Wings was pleasant. We arrived just after opening, which was around 11:30 a.m.. we sat at the bar... and were greeted by Jose, who was the bartender at the time. The bar had at least 20 beers on draft, but on this hot day I wasgoing to go with old faithful, a tall Coors Light. It was served super cold, so it went down very smooth. I ordered 10 bonelesswings, which comes with two sauces. I selected the Nashville Hot and the Mango Habañero with a side of ranch. I also ordered aside of fries. Jose offered the lunch special which was the same amount of food at a lower price, of course I agreed. The wingsdid not disappoint. They were flavorful and had a nice spicy kick to them. The fries not so much. They were a little cold, alittle burnt and crispy. I looked over at my buddies plate and he had a lot more fries than I did, and they also looked inbetter shape. I must of got the bottom of the barrel fries. Other than the fries, my visit to the Buffalo Wild Wings in AppleValley was pleasant. Go to WingStop. Total disappointment with the atmosphere, food and checking out. We came at happy hour. We were seated at a... corner booth with no light above, it was really dim, but it seemed it was similar everywhere else in the place. The menus weresticky and dirty. The place reeked like a Mc. Donald’s play place and pungent beer. The waitresses were welcoming, nice, onpoint and did everything correctly, except for the last one. We ordered some appetizers, which were good. I also ordered 15boneless wings with a fry on the side. The fries seemed stale or double fried? I just knew they weren’t fresh. The bonelesswings were as expected, flavor was good and exactly as described. Upon dipping them in the “ranch”, I noticed something wasoff about the flavor. It tasted like sour cream, no ranch flavor at all. I asked for new fries and a side of blue cheeseinstead. The waitress was quick with the fresh fries, only they still didn’t seem fresh, just hot. Ugh. We ended up leavingour left overs there, didn’t even wanna bring it home. My bill was 49.10, some random lady came up with the bill and came backwith my change. I had given her 2 $50 bills, so I could tip the waitress with some of the change. She gave me $49.00 and changeback. She shorted me a dollar, at that point, I was over it. I left the tip and left.
