After a long day of doing homework I decided to relax and grab something to eat. So I decided to go to Pollo Loco. I ordered a... chicken burrito with Guacamole ???? and horchata. It was a perfect meal, the place was clean, and the customer service wasimmaculate. The prices were good as well. Some people may argue that the prices are high. I usually have a very pleasant experience but sadly Not this time. All the chicken was burnt and dry. As soon as I got to the... window the staff didn?t say one word not my total, hello nothing? So I just said hello handed them my card. They opened thewindow to give me my food and card back and once again didn?t say one word and just shut it right away. Didn?t get any salsasand I got the wrong sides. I would understand if they were busy but I was the only one in line. Very disappointed. Read more
