They lost our pizza never updated us after 1 hour and 30 min of waiting we finally called they kept hanging up on us and not... answering the calls. We tried to contact the manager and even they would hang up. We spent 60$ plus delivery and tip for nopizza at all!!! They delivered our order to us in a timely manner. Food was hot and fresh. Staff was attentive and friendly.
I ordered a big dinner box with wings. The pizza was great but the wings weren?t. This is the second time I buy wings at this... location and the chicken is spoiled and smelled nasty. I got 2 pizzas and one of them I got pineapple, ham, and pepperoni well I forgot my brother told me he wanted bacon instead of... pepperoni so not even 15 sec after buying them I asked the lady ?ari? so called the manager that took my order ? i asked hercan I change it and she said no!! After they haven?t even made nor started cooking it! Pizza was great! Used my rewards from the mobile app and got a free large pizza. Staff was really nice and very helpful! Also... ordered a big dinner box with 2 more pizzas and pasta, only sad thing is the recipe change on the meaty marinara pasta, it's abit spicy now. Otherwise, great as always! Read more
Update: Pizza Hut emailed me saying they wanted to make it right and asked for details and my phone number. I replied and THEY... DID NOT RESPOND, THUS DID NOT "MAKE IT RIGHT //// "Yuck.!! First two pizzas were hard and over cooked, one was shriveled up,extremely unappetizing. Tasted both pizzas and they were ineadable. Took them back, they were re-made. Not much better, tastedlike cardboard but at least they weren't hard as a rock. ???? Read more
