Seems to me like the sandwich meat ingredients have switched to a lower grade. The meat is soft, so more processed. You may... like that maybe. The veggies and breads are all fresh, along with the fries. The ranch used to be better. Now it is salty. Ido like the upgrades to the interior, but I always looked forward to the food quality and the ranch. It was the best in town. Read more
Best pastrami hands down! My favorite is the chicken salad! Cooks are very fast and the girls are super friendly!
Food was delicious and generous on ingredients hot fresh and customer service up front with the 3 ladies was very good and order... was taken correctly and not missing anything. Thank you cooks!! It's very hard now a days to get your order taken correctly andreceive it the way you ordered it. Price is very good and worth it for the quality of food. 08/2022 Horrible service by the supposed ?manager?. Waited at the drive through for about 20 min because she was chit chatting... with another customer for who knows how long.Then when I get to the order window, she stated that she couldn?t sell French Friesthrough the drive through. What?! The dining area is closed. It?s only drive through. I guess you can?t order fries at Toms.Never coming here again. You must have me confused with someone else. None of that happened. Additionally, I did not try toorder any hamburgers. I only wanted fries. You literally have a sign that says drive thru only on your door. Maybe take thatdown if you haven?t already. Tom's Burgers is a good place for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They have a good variety food to choose from. Everyone is very... nice and is on top of it. You order your food at the counter and they deliver it to your seat. They also have drive through ifyou just wanted to grab and go. The atmosphere is very nice. It is always clean and it feels very spacious and not so crowdedwith to many tables. Read more
Last two times same girl on drive through first time forgets to hand us all of our food so had to go back in and get the rest of... food and today we clearly order a breakfast burrito and a tuna melt combo apparently same girl did not take order correctly andmy fiance had to go back in and re order a breakfast burrito it was not even busy to have these types of mistakes but if aperson cannot do drive through you should not put them on it save customers being upset food was great maybe retrain on drivethrough correctly so no more mistakes or have her work in a different area definitely an inconvenience to customers that are onthere way to work who use drive through Read more
