My hubby and I can be food snobs. I brought my mom here as we have a standing dinner date weekly and we like to try somewhere... new when we can. I saw good reviews, some decided to check it out. I was so excited to try their food tonight from their descriptions, but I?m sorry to say it was primarily lies. The cod had... breading and not a beer batter coating, along with cheese curds which were also breaded and could be bought frozen and heated.The crab cake was not even average. I ordered a bowl of beer cheese soup, but I definitely got only a cup (if I was lucky) ofcorn soup which was full of blended corn and tasted of corn and not at all of beer cheese soup! I couldn?t eat it due to thecorn. Mashed potatoes looked and tasted as if mixed with water and not milk or cream. Waffle fries were like everything else,could have been frozen and heated.
