Last night I stopped in for dinner and had the exact experience I expected, quick and competent service. The horrid woman in... front of me was verbally nasty to a lovely young woman who was doing her best (she made a very simple and easily correctedmistake). That young lady handled the situation gracefully and with more poise than should be expected. You have a excellentpeople working at the Apple Valley location. All my thanks for your hard work! These employees deserve good wages, benefitsand PTO. They have to deal with nasty abusive people every day, treat them well! I will be back. Read more

I ordered a veggie bowl with extra veggies but literally got zero veggies! Like how do you give me a VEGGIE bowl without... VEGGIES???? Took forever to reach someone. When I finally do, they tell me they are out of veggies. Not even a note on my orderor nothing? I usually love this place but this seriously just ticked me off! Read more

Don't waste your time or $. Tonight was a first. I completely lost my cool and flipped out in public so my apologies to other... customers. I have never dealt with such incompetence in my life. We placed an online order through the app. I go in to pick upmy order and realize the entire thing is wrong. Clearly they had put our name on someone else's order. I bring this to theirattention and they work to correct most of the order quickly BUT I'm still needing the kid's quesadilla I ordered. After askingmultiple times if it was being made and not getting a response, and waiting 15 minutes, I just ask for a refund because I'mgetting answers and the rest of my order is getting cold. This guy hands me a # & tells me to call customer service for refund.Excuse me, you screw up and this Chipotle's solution? Customer service- both the chat and 800 # were useless and long waits onlyto be offered 2 entrees. I don't ever plan on going back so I'd like a refund and Chipotle should want to make it right. Easilythe worst experience and customer service from the store through resolution attempt. Read more

No issues with staff shortages here it seems. They actually seem friendly and are there to work. Someone knows how to inspire... moral. Still try to encourage online orders only but you can go on your phone or tablet and do it from the store. Food is goodof course. Read more

Zero customer service skills, lack of effort, no hustle, working at a snails pace (with 15+ people in line) kid behind the... counter (Lennin?) made it feel like he didn't even want to be there. Spacing out into the window. Went and grabbed a customerwho was what seated and eating to make him pay for his food again because the till whatever didn't take his payment the firsttime. Apparently telling someone they need to move a little faster isn't enough incentive. I remembered why I don't come to thislocation anymore. Read more

I usually have great experiences at Chipotle, but this location has some issues. I recently placed an online order for pickup at... 4:40pm (not very busy), and it was the worst Chipotle meal I have had. Both of the meals in my order were cold despite arrivingat 4:42pm and eating 5 minutes later. It seems likely that they had been prepared in advance abd were sitting on the shelf formore than 25 minutes. Additionally, there was the packaging. The tacos were wrapped in foil and leaking, which caused the bottomof the bag to break and the food to fall out in my car. It was very disappointing. I know other locations have put the tacos inthe bowls to mitigate this issue. It would have been nice if the Apple Valley location did the same. I think this may not havebeen an issue if the order were not prepared so far in advance, but I imagine I am not the only customer this has happened to.The quality of the food was also an issue. This is likely because it seems to have been prepared too far in advance because thetacos were extremely soggy. I would not recommend this Chipotle location. The only good part of our order was the guacamole. Read more

I am a Chipotle fiend. I LOVE Chipotle. I DO NOT recommend *this* Chipotle. While I've had my fair share of meh experiences at... Chipotle, the *only* bad experiences I've ever had at Chipotle have been at this location. Between the awful service, horriblyprepared food, and inability to have your online order prepared within 20 minutes of your original pickup time, it's almost likethey intentionally try to provide the worst experience possible. Today, I ordered multiple meals and sides. I showed up 10minutes late, knowing that my food would not yet be ready (past experience informed this decision). I then waited an additional20 minutes to receive my order, which had been sitting half-made in the back the entire time I'd been waiting. When I finallyreceived my now warm at best order, I asked about my missing side of chips and guacamole. I was told they were "out" even thoughthey were clearly and obviously available. When I inquired about a refund, I was told that I would need to call their corporatecustomer service in order to get a voucher for a future order. ???? So, I paid for something I didn't get, and rather than beingrefunded immediately, it's now on me to call for an opportunity to get what I ordered at a future date? Half of my bowls wereeach half full and sloppily prepared. The orders for which I paid an OBSCENE amount for double protein had the same amount ofmeat as the standard order. In summary - I still love Chipotle, but would sooner poke myself in the eye repeatedly with a sporkbefore going to this location ever again. Zero stars, do not recommend. Read more

Closing inside and only doing online ordering. Saw so many people come in a leave. How can they afford to lose so much business?... Maybe they need to pay their employees more in order to appropriately staff the restaurant? Bad management? Wonder what thetrade off is to paying this staff more VS losing a large amount of business is? Read more
