We went to cold stone for a bike ride my daughter got peanut butter delight and she didn't like it and we told that lady that... she didn't like it but we wanted to pay for a smoothie for her. The lady working that day made the smoothie and said nocharge. I told her that I would pay for it and she said no charge. It was a very nice gesture and we really appreciated it. Thank you! Read more
I love ice cream and cold stone is always a fun happy day for me. This place had plenty of parking. Sitting is very limited, so... usually I get my ice cream and eat in the car or outside - this is why I'm giving this location 3 stars. I really wish they hadmore sitting options. Staff is always friendly and quick at this location, so big shoutout to them for their hard work. I lovethe cake batter ice cream so I got a Birthday cake remix on a waffle cone. While I support all small businesses especially this place which is own by an Indian immigrant, but I'm urging my fellow Somalis... to stay away from this place. The staff welcome and treat their white customers better than africans. I waited 4 minutes whilethe employees were chatting and offered free ice cream to these white girls who were sitting and didn't even need free icecream. Read more

For $20, I expect way more out of a bucket of ice cream. Not only did they short me on the ice cream, they just added more ice... cream on top instead of mixing it with all the mix-ins I ordered, and then just sprinkled chocolate chips on top like I wouldn?tnotice? Asked the guy if it mattered on sizing because I was getting a cone, he seemed irritated at my question. Then when I told him I... wanted a cone again(after asking if I wanted it in a bowl) he grabbed the Ice cream slapped it into the cone then sat theirholding it while he talked to another person and he sounded like he was bad mouthing me.
