When I got home one of the containers of gravy the lid wasn't on tight. It spilled all over. I didn't mention that it spilled on... the floor. My friend just got her car detailed and she has to get the gravy cleaned up from the spill. I would think you shouldoffer to pay for this. Read more

Ordered a two-piece meal and the second piece was beyond ridiculous 2 bites!!! Update after reading owner reply: owners reply... reconfirms the one-star rating .. BAD ownership leads to BAD management which leads to bad service!! I will be taking mybusiness elsewhere!! FYI.. your so-called chicken wing.. there is more meat in one chicken nugget at McDonald's!!!! I've been to multiple KFC's around the United States and even in Korea. And by far this one takes the cake. The food was... perfect, hot and delicious. The original recipe was to die for and the crispy chicken was just that crispy! but also delicious.They gave us hot sauce, butter and even honey ???? for the biscuits. They made me wait longer than they said it would take. I had to go in when I was in the drive thru bringing two kids with me. I... wanted them to cancel the order but they said they'll get it ready for me right away. They were even offering cakes and cookies and I said no. I wanted to give them a chance to fix things.
