Gone downhill ever since the pandemic started. Their lines are always backed up because they're too busy scooping up online... orders and can't seem to find a good balance between fulfilling online orders and serving customers in front of them in thestore. The only time they aren't busy is within the last hour of closing and during that time they won't be making as much freshentrees and will be out of a lot of stuff. The food also isn't as good as it used to be, the teriyaki used to be my favorite butlately for some reason it always comes out watery and rubbery. On my most recent visit they forgot to give me one of my entreesand I didn't realize until I got home. They somehow messed this up when it was late at night and wasn't even busy. Also don'ttrust any of the positive reviews from "local guides," these are all people who get paid to leave a review. Read more
