Very nice staff. They try to get you in and out as quickly as possible. Food is very fresh and tasty.
There always seems to be a line so if you can order ahead online that is what you should do. You can just pick up online orders... at the cashier and avoid the line. The food was hot. New food was being replenished fairly quickly. Somewhat bland Americanstyle Chinese food. You could get something that tastes better at the mom and pop places for a few bucks more. Read more
Came pretty hungry, got my food and went home. I took a few bites and noticed black specs all over my food. I came back since I... only live a few minutes away with my barely touched plate to get a rufund when the employee told me he cant refund me since Itouched the plate, that the vegetables were only burnt (which didnt make sense since the specs where on every piece of food notjust the veggies) and he can only give me a new plate. I could tell that the food wasnt burnt that the specs are likely from thecooking equipment not being cleaned properly and that this plate shouldve never have been sold in the first place. I asked himif he could guarantee that the next plate wouldnt come back looking the same and he said yes. Got my food back and it had thesame stuff all over, just threw the food away and went home. Best service ever, came here was very distracted with so much in my mind and even though this place is busy with not many staff... members a team member Lenny was so very patient and helpful when taking my order. Gone downhill ever since the pandemic started. Their lines are always backed up because they're too busy scooping up online... orders and can't seem to find a good balance between fulfilling online orders and serving customers in front of them in thestore. The only time they aren't busy is within the last hour of closing and during that time they won't be making as much freshentrees and will be out of a lot of stuff. The food also isn't as good as it used to be, the teriyaki used to be my favorite butlately for some reason it always comes out watery and rubbery. On my most recent visit they forgot to give me one of my entreesand I didn't realize until I got home. They somehow messed this up when it was late at night and wasn't even busy. Also don'ttrust any of the positive reviews from "local guides," these are all people who get paid to leave a review. Read more
